10:45 you can have a constant, passive, aoe primer for enemies outside the rift by using the zenistar disc while outside the rift. Also on this topic, limbo is so broken for these that anyone can reach steelpath lvlcap, just need an unmoded limbo, a handful of 1 star specters (atlas and an aoe weapon) on infested survival. You never have to leave the rift yourself, the specter does enough damage to kill everything including acolytes while you are invulnerable in the rift, and it even starts oneshoting everything after ~lvl 500-1000, panzer spreads viral on everything and gathers life suport on you but you can also go smeeta and wait for the charm before going operator to get life supports and some bonus steel essence.

​@@NathanD2623 later lvls of infested survivals spawn a lot of Ancient units which will knockdown and chainknockdown the specter. There are other warframes that prevent knockdowns but those have a limited duration and the specters end up having periods where they will not have those skills on.

It's crazy the things you find yourself coming up with after you get one shot from a random piece of spaghetticode damage and permadie in solo arbitration after 5-10 hours of farming.

So basically, to maintain the magic: - Keep stasis on at all times - Find a target, get out of rift, cast well of life then banish - spam zymos on the target, cast surge when banish is about to run off If stasis runs out while WoL is active nothing should happen, right?

the Surge part would require a bit more range on the build, or decent anomaly pulling at the end without shooting so they survive. But yes, that's pretty much it. If stasis runs out, nothing really happens unless something else is also in rift, but worst comes to worst they just break your shields and you cast stasis again.

Still is a decent weapon. Not as "OP" as it used to be, and no more pretty reds unless Harrow. But it does still kill fine. Though I will probably shelve it now since killing "fine" is a lot to ask for when you absolutely have to aim at heads. Though still functional. Ways around it with Scourge....hmmmm

Zymos works on targets that have the nidus’ link on them which is pretty fun combined with subsumed snare just spamming your invulnerable target and having him kill everyone else

Limbo + savage silence + arca titron is so much fun... pop in and out of the rift with rolling guard when enemies are stunned by silence, build up combo count and melee finishers for the arca special special ability, then groundslam an entire crowd for game breaking damage. I have played missions in 4 player public matches where other people had almost as many than me, but the after game statistics stated that I dealt 100% of all damage. Lol they couldn't even get 1% damage dealt compared to my Arca Titron. 😂

Shruge, in the end, the number I actually pay attention to is kills, rather than Damage dealt, as you can easily overkill enemies in this game, and overkill doesn't really help mission efficiency. But numbers are pretty, and colours are nice also. So if that's what you enjoy doing, then yes, it's totally viable since the important thing in the end is to make sure you enjoy what you're playing :)

sentients now receive status effects, so they all bleed the same, or get shocked the same, or ignite the same, etc. tho it seems they cannot adapt to true damage, so slash is much better

Am looking to work on that. Though technically it's basically the same builds as used to kill Acolytes, or the builds people prefer using, the "non-bane" builds. Except you'll just want to be using the upper-tier weapons, since Sentients are intrinsically tankier than the other factions.

It would take several extra mod slots as well as probably your Helminth to get him to the point he can face tank damage at base steel path, and at that point, the majority of his kit is nonfunctional. You can do that if you want, but generally I refuse to make those kinds of builds because you’re essentially just turning a frame into Inaros where he won’t do anything except just not die.

Whenever you need to reset, shift to roll out of Rift with Rolling Guard. Then cast 1 on a dude, go back into rift. Cast Well of Life and shoot head until you're happy and room is dead. Weave in Anomaly spam as needed because AI is dumb and breaks sometimes with Rift. Also keep your 2 up at all times.

Cadaverous here. If you don't want to get out of the rift you should do this: 1. Cast Stasis 2. Cast Banish or Well of Life on your target. 3. Same as above. 4. Go to the rift 5. Do the Zymos thing. 6. When you have about 10 seconds or so left on your Well of Life, refresh your Stasis. 7. Magus Anomaly to group up enemies near the Well of Life target. 8. Cast Rift Surge. 9. Hold Banish. (this will take the rift target out of the rift and send nearby enemies to the rift) 10. Cast Well of Life on a new enemy that got stuck inside the rift due to Rift Surge going off. 11. Curse me for the long explanation. 12. Grofit.

I actually don't know much about their abilities and never really remember what they do, except that violence has silence, and malice has that slash opticor that can slash proc you to death. I just keep slight distance and unload my firepower on them. If I go into SP mission knowing acolytes will spawn, I always bring one weapon specifically intended to deal with them. Also, the Zymos deletes them. You shouldn't have issues with this, Zymos is actually one of the fastest ways to kill them. Just be near enemies when they spawn and shoot a head. Acolyte should die in about 1-2s.

You need to be in the same plane as them. If you are in rift, the enemy you shoot has to be in rift.

It has been patched so that crits double dip additively now instead of multiplicatively on zymos, unfortunately. It was also an…undocumented change. So I’m not even sure DE knows about it, especially because it still double dips, just in a less beneficial way.

huh, so this build technically works well with any frame with ability that can make enemies invincible like nidus link, khora snare, trinity well of life, limbo stasis, etc...? Imo, I recommend using zimos build on invisible frame or on limbo cataclysm with minimum range build. Banish is way more risky tbh.

So obviously Arcane Avenher is essential for red crits, but in overall Damage, is it that significant, can it be made up by having sharpened bullets over Expel Mod?

You need both mod crit and flat crit, because the biggest gain is due to flat crit being added to, but also multiplying into normal mod crit. Without Avenger, you will only see yellows and a few oranges here and there.

Keep your 2 up at all times. Only come out of rift to cast your 1. Otherwise, just have your 4 on some frozen rifted dude and sprinkler away

It no longer squares crits. It's double additive now instead. So you will still always crit with avenger. But now oranges are somewhat rare as well. Overall in non-Harrow builds, it lost a bit more than half it's damage. It still works...but it definitely doesn't "nuke" anymore. Just kills adequately, which affects the satisfaction for the setup it takes. On Harrow setups, it's lost about 80% of its DPS due to how the crits used to be calculated.

@@Aznvasions i would say ember first off obviously, but gauss and thermal sunder also come to mind. cause i had a build with thermal sunder and limbo and it was a roaming heat nuke before they fixed thermal sunder. but besides that him running at top speed and having sunder as the explosion that happens upon impact gauss is my pick cause i feel he resembles the fireball itself.

Ohh soo this now makes sense Why my riven with 300% dmg 120% heat - firerate was busting lvl cap on sim with 1 shot XD With corrosive heat I normally use this with loki +khora sub pull them blast them lots of fun

Although the mecha set sucks,using gas with the full set creates a death cloud that chains forever, for example one enemy gets killed with gas now everyone in 30 meters has gas, thereby meaning anyone who can get marked by the mecha set has gas, which then does even more damage because the damage increases again due to the aura, you could use gas on the primer too and for some reason that is beyond me if the primer has gas it just does massive amounts of damage, combine that with sickening pulse and you got a helluva thing. Shame the mecha set just decides not to work most of the time. :(

I honestly read this at first as the guy you shoot needs to fart, now everyone in a 30m radius needs to fart. Mecha set actually still has some really weird buggy scaling, noticed it most with increasing slash proc count even past the original hit. And yea sometimes it does nothing too, though I think that's because the mark expired the duration, but still shows. They should really remove marks from expired targets.

With the previous Limbo built (the one that used radial blind), is the damage multiplier of Rift Torrent different to that of Radiant Finish? Rift Torrent seems to be additive with mods like serration whereas Radiant Finish looks to be some sort of final multiplier. I'm not well versed in warframe maths tho.

Radiant Finish is a finisher damage multiplier. So it's a separate type of damage. Base damage and finisher damage interact multiplicatively with each other to achieve the final damage result. Most Finishers have a 8x multiplier to the base damage, etc. Some are 10x, or 8x with 2 hits for 16x. But basically, Radiant finish acts like a mod for this 8x baseline. So 3x the finisher damage means the finisher will do 24x instead of 8x base damage. You can use both together. Though Rift Torrent is usually more versatile imo, since it applies to everything, and can easily rival Vex Armor in size of base damage buffs, which is why I didn't use Radiant Finish. Also using both is completely overkill, as you'd see I was already hitting 5-25M true damage on the finisher with just Rift Torrent. Radiant Finish would boost that to 15-75M. And because it's true damage, it can't be resisted, aka nothing would live the 5-25M finisher to start with -> hence why I left Radiant Finish off.

I've come to the conclusion that I hate headshot builds in this game. Every faction has enemies that laugh at it (Grineer with the helmets that cover everything perfectly from the back, Infested/Corpus having so many enemies with no "head"); plus the janky AI movement makes it almost impossible to reliably lead your target; plus unlike most shooters a surprisingly unforgiving hitbox for "heads" (LOL Counterstrike where anything within 3 feet of the head counts). Then you consider that you could just use a Zarr again and not need to aim within 10 meters of your target...

WF for me is one of the games where I no longer play it for the rewards or loot at the end, and rather treat it like a sandbox to try different setups in. This results in builds like these were it's more an option to just try a different setup to see if it works well enough to viable, rather than looking for the highest possible KPM loadout I can bring. Different goals and purpose, but also because out of boredom in the endgame

I have to say i'm glad there is no actual reason to need this much damage in normal gameplay. Like no boss or event that has level 2,000 enemies where you need that much damage or crits. Cool to be able to do but thankfully not necessary lol

Yea, it's also kind of a shame because since it kills radial, a lot of the enemies you never actually see die due to fov limits. Still a weird build to play with, but I just thought it was quirky enough. Personally I'm pretty split on whether or not I'll use it in the future, as it also gets super loud as soon as I exit rift XD

@@Aznvasions Would having a ferrox modded for gas+electricity work with the corrosive zymos? I assume you would have to use it while outside the rift or vis versa but it would pull in enemies but more importantly add a couple more procs to increase the damage even further lol. Not sure if it would really matter in the end though, the difference between 1.222 million and 1.223 million damage probably.
