I hope that's not what you really put for that dasher, Cross. It's very likely that it wasn't the dasher's fault but rather the merchant, especially if the order being wrong was not a one time occurrence. The star ratings are for the DASHER and can seriously hurt the dasher's ability to do their job and/or actually kick them off the platform - the star ratings have no effect on the merchant whatsoever. It's unfortunate that DD doesn't make this clear to users of the platform and really it needs to be changed/fixed but you shouldn't give a 1 star on the order as it only screws over the driver (unless it really is the driver's fault of course). The dasher's sole purpose is to deliver your food to you from the merchant in a timely and safe manner. While the dasher should look to see that all contents are there, there are very few order where this is even possible as dashers are not allowed to open any bags to check for contents. Chipotle stickers the bags closed (for a good reason) so it isn't possible to check the order contents. Obviously I don't have the full picture, but as a dasher myself it really ticks me off when I'm just trying to make a living and shit like this happens to me.
