There may be some confusion but I do not believe some of the information to be accurate in this video. When inviting guest users in B2B, sending an invite to gmail account does not use the users gmail password for authentication. Instead if invites the user to create a microsoft account thus Microsoft handles the authentication and authorization. The guest user does not enter their gmail credentials at any point.

Nice Video, One question. if there are 100 users that need to access in B2B model. You need to send 100 invitation requests. Also once project is over you need to delete all those user accounts. Can you please also shed light how to reduce this or automate this.

"you can share microsof 365 services", trying to add a guest user to a shared mailbox (even with license) but doesn't work. Microsoft is so unclear on this. Name the services which supports b2b and don;t use words such as "like" or "etc", because only specific services are supported.
