Its suresh From india, I was Planning to Build an HiFi Stereo System Using Ur DCX464 and ME464 ..,I was Very much impressed with ur Desighn and Spec of the DCX... I want u to Suggest me The Best Combo of Drivers To Build a Stereo System Using DCX464,also Suggest me the Best Desighn for An Enclosure too for an Stereo not an PA .Kindly do the Needfull.. Thanks in Advance.

More expensive, less output and worse sounding than a separate 2 way horn flare. Exept for hifi stuff I do not quite get the sense of this expensive piece of plastic...

@@camploismyalias We have made the comparison between Limmer 870 + Xr1464, Limmer 042 and DCX 464 on the XT1464.... Soundwise, a Paper Cone is unbeatable in the midrange. SPL technically a Limmer 870 is in front. Even more so when the DCX uses a larger horn, from which it must already play from 400hz.At the same time, the problems of bundling become even worse. Please test it yourself and report here :)

@@Newschoolcovers very interesting......I am playing with an AXi2050 and a AE15m...unfortunately there is no paper midrange that can also act as a tweeter as the Axi does both.... so you are telling be that Paper beats Beryllium...and even thought the Axi is essentially Titanium its spectral character is that of of BE....so I think I will investigate this.....there is much bandwidth that both drivers can play effectively, so I will test your theory of paper being superior to all ps.... bundling is not a real word is it?

@@camploismyalias A friend of me will compare the Axi to the DCX464. Well yes, if you mainly want a coax speaker, you have to go for something like the dcx.. Thats what i did mean with "hifi".
