Woke up at the usual 4am to practice my Kenjutsu and Capoeira, watched this video, got inspired, and now this form has dramatically improved both my swordsmanship and footwork. This just proves that good form can be applied in various Arts. What a spectacular form! Thank you so much for your wisdom!

I find it so fascinating the intention of the footwork, lack thereof and attention to opponent's. Do you know much Mongolian styles, there attention to lowering tan tien is quite inspiring... 🙏🏻 C

Very rich form, a source of many others. What year was this form practiced for the first time in China?
@cwscma2 жыл бұрын
According to legend, Hua Quan was created by 遊俠 蔡茂(Knight Errant - Cai Mao) in Tang Dynasty and of which was organised systematically by his later generation 蔡剛(Cai Gang) of Ming Dynasty.

@@cwscma nice to meet you too Li Chun Sam. Today is my with the seniors taichi class. Saturday is my with the autistic taichi class. I like to mask to prevent covid. About Northern Shaolin I can say endless good things about what my relationship with my Instructor (Sifu) and how positively it’s affecting my life. I love how even though I’ve been practicing for over 35 years like I still feel like I’m a beginner. What initially got you into kungfu martial arts ?
@cwscma2 жыл бұрын
My initial KungFu, Southern Shaolin is Hung Gar and Northern Shaolin is Eagle Claw.

@@cwscma your initial kungfu is Hung Gar and Northern Shaolin Eagle claw. That’s awesome! I love Hung Gar. My heart feels deep inspiration for practicing Hung Gar when I hear from the Wong Fei Hong movie series “the order of the general “ song. What you funniest memory of growing up doing kungfu? Have a great day!!!! Sincerely, Hero 🙏👍✌️
