This is close to perfect video after watching hundreds of other videos. People unnecessarily put carrots, beetroot, beans and cauliflower which is not needed. All you need is capsicum, potato, tomato, onion, peas and garlic. If you see something else that’s not authentic IMHO. Keep it up Kabita!

I m Ur huge fan. Plz also try this recipe of pav bhaji also. Take all the veggies like cauliflower, carrot etc and then boil it. Then make its paste. Then do Tarka and pour that mixture and pav bhaji is ready to serve. Garnish it according to Ur need. Plz mam try this recipe also and also let the viewers of Ur you tube family to watch that video.
