B Lab & Futurice: Using technology and innovation to power inclusive engagement

As a globally-reaching nonprofit operating in a complex standards space, we are often required to balance limited resources with big expectations. But sometimes, in the face of challenges and limitations, we can deliver our most innovative projects.
For the second public consultation on B Lab’s draft standards, we looked beyond the four walls of our own organization, seeking a partnership that would elevate our work. We needed to deliver a solution that would present the draft standards (a very comprehensive +500 pages of content) in an accessible, multilingual format - no small feat.
We still have space to improve but join our conversation with digital transformation agency @Futurice to learn more about this project, how we’ve centered the user experience through an interactive microsite, and the learnings we can take forward to drive inclusive processes.
