Hey Max, new subscriber here! 🙋 In 1:40 the park you say is actually called "khu tập thể" or "chung cư cũ", and there are lots of khu tập thể like this in Hanoi. If there is a chance, I recommend you "khu ăn uống" in A4 Thành Công Street (Ba Đình District) in Hanoi (pretty near this place). There's famous and cheap "cháo trai" that you and Chris should eat once 😄 Anw thank you for the bread donation. Hope to meet you guys in Hanoi someday 😊

I've noticed a lot of the business owners giving you free food or extremely cheap meals because they understand that your videos are good advertising for them. It's unfortunate that some countries don't do that and when they see an American they automatically bump the price up higher. Knowing how many of those countries depend on tourist money, it doesn't make tourists feel like they want to come back or they want to buy much. I experienced that when I went to Morocco. Don't get me wrong I love Morocco and I understand the poverty there but they definitely have a price for locals and a price for tourists. Even though you can bargain with them to bring the price down you still pay more than someone that lives there. That part left a little a sour taste in my mouth because I had to have a friend of mine who lived there purchase anything I needed when I wasn't around. The same can be said about Egypt and countries like that. Of course if you're just a regular tourist you don't get the same type of treatment that someone with a channel and a camera gets. Lots of KZbinrs act like certain countries are so generous but they only act that way because of the camera.

I watched his very first few KZbin videos and he isn’t happy go lucky like he is now. He was dark and serious. But he knows how to make people like him now. I couldn’t subscribe to him too.
