Hey Girl! Great videos! A Habesha Canadian here. Your video today is a bit blurry? Let me know if i'm mistaken. But you guys are adorable 🧡. Either a penthouse or a mansion, i believe it's a great business idea that you are trying on. Both will work in my opinion. We come to Italy a lot, not just me but lots and lots of Canadians and Americans and most go for places like that. If you go for the penthouse, a bit of an advice make it a great area as in security wise, make it semi hotel like as in provide a little goodies like a small shampoos and conditioner and soap, (you could make a samples of your own products for face and leave it in the bathroom, easy ad for your products 😊), a nice kitchenette area, cleaning service when needed and about 3 bedrooms if possible to rent it higher than a regular place that are rented around Italy. If it is a mansion, choose a smaller mansion if the bigger ones overwhelms you and if it is an hour away by car from a city, a family, a wedding events and so on, it will be a sought after place. Take your time when it comes to decisions and keep going. You can do it.

We are open to other regions as well. We have a set of requirements for the house and the exact province does not matter as long as its close to an airport and beach

Honey Italy 🇮🇹 they said it’s not safe… a lot of drugs problems…. My cousin died because of drugs a year ago so sad 😭… however I don’t know much but scared me ….
