I dunno about 'oldest' latin....But romanian language and sardinian dialect are the closest examples to vulgar latin, used by commoners in the roman empire, while the standard latin we know, was used by the nobility and the administration

Romania has very strict laws about guns. They are very hard to obtain. Plus Romania has one of the lowest gun ownership in Europe.

in the 70.s ...lots of africans came to Bucharest -Romania and got FREE education ( result of communism) in different colledges in Bucharest- free accomodation and food provieded also /ussualy medicine and inginery-and ofcourse very logical they ,, bumped,, some white blondes romanian gilrs I guess...and as a result there are few mixed romanians which live in Romania as ROMANIANS- 1st laguage is romanian ofcourse...many of them work in TV having a good luxuorious life! 80 % of Romanian vocabulary is Latin - the rest are words and exprssion from different languages Romanians got in contact with ( turkish, slavs.hungarians german,greeks,etc) ROMAnia basically have the old Dacian and Roman roots mixed alltoghether! You wont find any words like "izbuc, jivina, zanoaga, ponor, tinov, pripor, pridvor, obcina" etc in normal day communication. those words arent used anymore, for many years.

Guns are allowed in Romania but the permit is too hard to get. I think you need a permit even to go to shooting ranges. You need a psych evaluation and medical evaluation I know it's quite hard to pass I guess...plus if you had a record you can't obtain a gun permit. On top of that it's even more difficult to get the gun even if you have the permit. I think you have to request under some sort of guidelines to obtain a gun...

You're pretty wrong here, you don't need a permit to go to a shooting range, I was a lot of times and I shot with rifles like M4 or AK47 etc, and the gun authorization is pretty easy to get, you just need money, I got my authorization in about 2 months counting in the gun course I had to attend, it's just not a lethal weapon permit, as a civilian you are not allowed to own lethal weapons authorized for self-protection.....hunting is a whole different story. You can get a nice rubber bullet handgun which is considered "non-lethal", that's just not true, because under 5 m it is lethal, it will penetrate, the problem is with the law......you can get a gun but the law is made in such a way that you are not covered at all in case of a real attack, if you shoot someone, no matter the circumstance.....you'll have a felony charge and if the attacker dies, probably even prison time.

@@latze74 even if we have limited access to legal weapons, we also have weapon factories, we produce the romanian version of the AK-47 which is very "appreciated" by mexican drug cartels, and is very cheap....like 500$/piece.....and yeah, we do have a hefty population of violent people so if someone wants to do a crime, it's easy to get hold of a gun if they have some money and contacts, it's not a big deal. But yeah, giving out freely weapons here would cause a genocide I guess.
