• 中筋麵粉 all-purpose flour 50g
• 水 water 50g
• 酵母粉 yeast 1/8 tsp
攪拌均勻後,室溫發酵12小時後即可使用
麵糊batter:(麵糊冷藏密封保存三天內用完最佳)
• 中筋麵粉 all-purpose flour 250g
• 波蘭種 Polish 100g
• 牛奶 milk 200-250g(麵粉不同吸水度會有差,牛奶分2-3次加可調整稠度,只要測試麵糊下鍋可轉動的流暢即可)
• 融化黃油 melted butter 60g
• 雞蛋 eggs (large)3 pcs(約180g)
• 鹽 salt 1 tsp
• 白糖 caster sugar 3 TBSP
• 香草精或黑蘭姆酒 vanilla extra 2 TBSP optional
• 無水奶油 shortening 適量 煎餅用(必備)
