Babis is so special and I hope he gets adopted soon. It's good to be reminded of his history and how that impacts how he manages living in the shelter, although tough to watch. His photo at the end is so adorable. I hope someone new, looking for a dog, sees this soon and feels a connection with him. I think videos like these are going to be helpful in showing the individual characters of the dogs and cats and hopefully lighten Takis' load as well as providing a loving home.

what a poor dog. they starved him and did they hit a shovel on his hat so the worms could go in the wound. sometimes the worms then even help to eat the rotting parts of the wound. i am so glad that takis you war going to make him happy. even in the place where your friend found him he made contact. despite his condition. he must have loved people at some time. why do they abandon him. thx for your good work takis. blessed be you and all your team!

Babis deserves his furever home..so neglected and abused by humans, but he still trusts us and wants that attention ..he obviously has issues with food guarding, but when you see how starved he was hopefully you'll understand why this is the case..he deserves and probably needs to be the only dog..but that could possibly change once he actually feels safe and that his position in the home is secure.. you can see how loving he is.. he is a stunning boy. I hope and pray 🙏 that someone finds it in their heart to adopt Babis..he really needs a home environment to flourish and at last know what it's like to be loved..🇬🇧💕✝️👏👍🐾🐕🇬🇷

With every poor abused dog shown, i wish with all my heart i could give them them, each one of them, a home, with love and security and food and fun. I'd take Babis in a flash - but we all have only that much capacity. When one already has rescues, one knows very well how special they are, that their needs often are different from a dog that has not known ill-treatment, abuse, neglect and starvation. Creatures (no, they are not people) who are capable of inflicting this on an animal are vile and an abomination.
