I think maybe because Angel 2.0 have hard time to move her motor so maybe it haven’t been touched for long time even tho it kinda similar happened to my Emma when she was laggy and motor is loud it Because I haven’t turn her on long time

she's so cute! lucky you got her in such good condition :) i think the most likely reason for her motor getting stuck is because she hasn't been used in so long-- if ever. she's just that unused. it's possible if you use her more her motor might get better.
