I love your workout and my daughter does too. Between waving hi to your daughter and giggling through the exercises ( the triceps and body twists are her favorite). Im definitely feeling my heart racing, the burn in my body and the sweat on me tells me I'm getting a great workout. Cant wait to do my next one with my little girl.

This was what I've been looking for. Bought a yoga baby and me, and that's totally not what you can realistically do with a 6 month old, 2 year old, 3 year old while the other 7 are busy with their homeschool work. Love how you showed you can still workout while baby is taking a tantrum!! We've got lots of tantrums when mommy is busy trying to be healthier and workout. Normally I'd just stop but this made me take the time for me and just keep going. It's only 20 minutes so baby and kids can fuss and wait that short amount of time!

This makes me so happy! I have come to find that my days run so much smoother if I take the 30 minutes or less to do a workout! You feel better and can be a better mom all around, even if there is screaming during your "me time!" You rock! P.S. Do you have 10 kids at home with you?! WOW!! You are amazing and homeschooling?!! Nancy Taylor I have 11 total, oldest is 17&1/2 and finishing up high school at the public school. Then the ages that are homeschooled are 14, 12&1/2, 11, twin 9 year olds, and twin 8 year olds.

I so enjoyed this workout yesterday. I see it's been 4 years since you posted it, so I thought I'd let you know it's still bringing joy. My little girl was instantly drawn to Ava and was giggling as we tried the different moves. She especially loved the tricep extension. I think it was after that when Ava got a bit fussy and I smiled and appreciated you keeping it real. And then, we had our own real moment. During the chest presses I got doused in spitup. Down my shirt dripping down my neck. I just laughed and laughed.

I was never a workout person, even before baby. I did dance but it's hard to move around in my tiny house with baby toddling around. We used to go for daily walks but the cold weather has made that tricky too. This workout was perfect for us. It was challenging but not too difficult and my little 17 month old (luckily only 20 lbs) loved being raised in the air. This is the first good workout I've had in a long time! Thank you so much!😀

Hi Nancy! Thank you so much for all of the videos you post! I started teaching with VIPKID in January and your videos were so helpful! I have a 2 year old girl who is an excellent napper, but my 7 mo boy (who is a bit of a tank at 20lb) hates them. I was so excited to find this video. I feel nice and fulfilled... during the last 30 minutes I enjoyed an awesome full body work out! I also I had hair ripped from my head, poop running down my shoulder, about 30 kicks to the face, saliva trickle into my mouth, and a hangry screaming baby. All in all, I'd say it was a success. We'll be back for more next time. LOL!! Thanks again!!

Thanks for this workout! short and sweet but challenging. My 11 month old tolerated it about the same as yours! I kept a medicine ball nearby for when baby just wasn't having it. Mine was also laying on the floor by the end, tired him out more than me, lol!

I'm so glad I stumbled upon your channel! I never even watched KZbin until I started vipkid 3 months ago. You helped me there and now helping get my pre baby body back! I just started doing these baby and me work outs and I love them!! You make working out fun and I love seeing the ways you modify with baby depending on ability or baby cooperation. :) It's real life and that's encouraging! I now look forward to my workouts. About how many calories would a workout like this burn?

So happy to hear that this workout has helped you! I love sharing 30 minute and less workouts, especially with my little one in tote! To be the best mom we need to take care of ourselves and after workout I feel 100x better, and I love sharing that on this channel! Hope you keep joining me. As far as calories go I would say about 250 for this workout. With interval training like I do in the workouts you are burning calories 12 hours after the workout, and you do burn 30% more calories during the workout over regular aerobic exercises! Interval is the way to go for busy mamas! You will start seeing changes in your strength, endurance, body and most important your mind! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks so much for your reply! I just finished up the one on the tennis court, can't remember the title. My baby was napping but my 3 year old joined me and wanted his own mat. He was so cute trying to do the moves. I was so glad I was able to fit it in! Thanks for the info on calories. I've made changes in my diet, just trying to watch portions, add in healthier items and reduce sugar intake. (They put sugar in everything!) Eating is my favorite :) so I'd love to hear your ideas on great go to snacks or easy healthy dinner ideas just whenever you have time! Thanks for the workouts- they are really helping me!

Luana! I recommend doing 20-30 minutes of exercise 3-6 times a week. You always want 1 rest day, and if you do a workout 6 days a week be sure to alternate higher intensity and lower intensity workouts. For example: Interval workout Mon/Wed/Fri & Low impact strength Tues/Thurs & Sat. Have fun and find what you look forward to doing!!! You rock!

When you had little Eva on your shoulders, I was cringing the entire time. I would of held her from her little hands. I kept feeling like she was going to fall back. 😨

I felt the same way watching this workout. hehehe! I hold Jack by the legs too.... I guess they get a core workout staying up right:) Definitely hold baby's arms if that is what they are use to:)

at a year they have a pretty strong "sit up" reflex meaning they will typically adjust to keep themselves upright (theres actual term for it but it escapes). also their core is fairly strong as they're still teaching those muscles how to sit up

I’ve been doing these excercise after having a baby, you do the plank and sit ups. And you have a second video saying we should do planks and sit ups after having a baby. Please warn people before they do ur work out

Gosh, mine is 11.5kg and I was dying too... so I switched to the younger one. He's 7.5kg :D

Yeah my 7 month old is 18lbs and the 2 year old is 23lbs........just came back to life.😁
