I’m 6 weeks post c-section and this was my first actual workout postpartum… it felt really good!! Thank you. Hudson can be a bit of a fussy baby and this was perfect to do with him…half way through he fell asleep and I got to continue the work out and now hopefully have a quiet shower 🥰. Happy to report that aside from the lunges, this routine gave me no pain 💖 I’m alwaYs leery after c section but this was great! Thank you again , I love your routines!!

I felt the same way. My baby wasn't fussy and she was falling asleep also 6 weeks postpartum C-section and I sweated so good I felt amazing ❤

Do you have a video like this but easier? 5 mo post after lots of babies and not much exercise. I used to be rather athletic almost fit but not now and need to start exercising (especially while holding baby) and these are hard. I guess I can just modify and keep doing it until it gets easier. Thanks for so many great videos, you make it look so easy!

Thanks! I loved the previous workout with baby video, I'm sure I will love this one too. At the moment I'm going through some sickness and took a step back in working out just to give me some time to recover. Love your videos! Was following you since pregnancy and wasn't sure how to continue with your postpartum workouts while keeping baby entertained. These recent baby-wearing workouts are just perfect, please keep them coming! Baby fell asleep while in the carrier in the first half LoL maybe I'll have to switch doing the second half first next time so as not to wake her up when placing her on the mat... 😂

This is safe for 5 months with using a hand to support your baby’s neck (about 6 months they will be able to fully support their own neck)
