One of my most memorable high school moments was smashing my FIRST baddie to Pretty Ricky’s 2nd album!!!😂😂😂 Her name was Brittany and she was this fine chocolate cheerleader with a gorgeous smile. I was in 12th grade and although I had been clapping cheeks, none of those prior women were super pretty. They were all average or below average.🥴 But Brittany was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! She’s still pretty AF til this very day actually!!!👌🏾She snuck me in her Mom’s house while they were outta town and we got to business while that 2nd Pretty Ricky album played in the background. lol I’ll NEVER forget that day. Great times!!!

As a teen, I hated them. As a grown folk, I can look back and say Pretty Ricky along with Plies and Trey Songz had guls in their feelings back in those days. Not gone lie, their second album slaps hard on the subs and good if you tryna find a ocean to go deep sea diving in.
@Dwyanerose3 жыл бұрын
The only way you hated pretty Ricky back in the day is if you was either a lame, didn’t get invited or go to parties where the freaks would wine/twerk on you when that pretty Ricky, dream- falsetto, Dj Nate (lil mama bad as hell), Lay you down k. Young, Lil Corey (say yes), Lloyd (You, southside), Bobby Valentino, BMC boyz (essential needs), pop it off boyz (scream) and all the 90s slow jams came on or you simply didn’t get 🐱🐈 back in the day lol.. Pretty Ricky was like the modern day Jodeci back in the mid to late 2000s Edit- Also, I forgot to mention those Jamaican bangers from Sean Paul used to get the parties bussin aswell. We never used to know wtf sean paul was saying but his music was still 🔥 and he has hits for days. From hits like temperature, Like glue, push it baby (ft pretty Ricky) to his other hits with the female 🇺🇸 singers like keyshia coles, and Beyoncé (baby boy you stay on my mind I see you in maaaaa dreeeeeMz lol). Sean Paul was amazing and brought the dutty wine and heel toe to American. Big shout out to Sean Paul for bringing that 🇯🇲🇯🇲 flavor to the mainstream in 🇺🇸. I still do the heel toe to this day lol…but I can only do it on one side lol
