I don’t have kids. I have never wanted kids. And I still don’t want kids after watching this. 😂. That being said, even I got choked up hearing you talk about your pregnancy and I wish you all the best for your upcoming delivery. Thanks for sharing all the wonderful information that you do! 🥰

That's determination 😂😂😂 I gotta say, seeing the kid library and imagining the nice parts of raising a kid... That can be persuasive, but that's like taking an idealized picture of something that may not even happen, and forming a thought about it without considering all the other good, neutral and bad implications and the things that are implicated. So for now it's a no, and I got my reasons. I do think kids are awesome, so yeah, I spend quality family time with the little ones in my family. :D When she was like crying out of happiness I was like ❤️😭😂😂❤️🤠

Per recommendations as a mom of 3 (under 3 1/2!): 2 best late night things I learned was 1) do a “dream feed” around 10pm to give them/yourself a longer stretch of sleep in the wee hours (after about 2 months/when they regain their birth weight, etc.), and 2) if you use pacifiers, by the time they sleep in a crib, put like 10 pacifiers around them so they can find them easily, and hopefully grab one and go back to sleep by soothing themselves. Best wishes!

How wonderful to hear that this has been relatively smooth. I’m on the same journey with you right now, so a hospital bag video and what baby products you’ll use will be much appreciated.

I'm so very happy for you. What a wonderful time in your life. My daughter just had my 1st grandchild, a boy, 3 weeks ago. He is the love of our lives. My daughter was like you. A few pairs of maternity leggings and her regular tops. The MamaRoo is great for daytime naps. I'm so incredibly happy for you! To me, my biggest joy was becoming a mom. ❤❤

I had both of my babies at home 36 and 34 years ago and it was fabulous. Everyone deserves to give birth the way they feel comfortable. Mindset is crucial and you seem to have that in the bag. 🥰🥰🥰 Blessings to you and your family. One thing I did was keep a baby journal about how it all felt, not just the firsts that most moms do. It was a great thing to pass down to my girls when they were older. Such as how I felt rocking them and nursing them, etc.

Glad you get to meet your little one soon. The only advice I’ll offer is to keep things super low key during the night wakings. I didn’t turn on a lot of lights or talk in my normal voice so as to signal that night is different than day…that and several layers of water proof pad/ flat blanket bedding so I could peel an entire layer off and have fresh dry bedding if there was an overflow. Nothing fluffy so no smothering risk to layers:) waterproof pads will be your best friend in literally everything from bassinet to car seat. I did waterproof bibs when drooling got bad to protect baby’s skin on neck and chest

So great to hear it is going well. I loved being pregnant too. You are lucky with your TV/digital choices. When my son was born we could not afford cable and all I had to watch when nursing at 2 am were infomercials and usually it was for adult "dating" call centers. 😳 at least by the time my daughter was born there were Oprah reruns and some other older TV shows. I was so grateful!! 😆 Wishing you and your new family the best. Raising my kids was such a joyful part of my life. You'll be a great Mom!

Unfortunately once you have dilated vessels, laser or IPL is really the best intervention and products won’t help (except things like sunscreen to prevent worsening)

It's heartwarming to see this video. I wish you the best lol ❤️ You can listen to Shakira, I mean that way you have fun and the baby is like, "jumpy music, nice 😂😂". And well, NatGeo documentaries are great, Pixar has great movies, there must be awesome books to entertain all of you guys. Sending you lots of love. As a teenager dude son myself 😎, I wish you the best. I hope your little one, his family and close ones have great times together :D Remember him to be kind yet tenacious and strong 🤠😂 or whatever you want lol, you will do really good. P.D. One recommendation: keep a pair of bandage scissors around…baby blowouts and onesies are not always compatible. Most onesies have the extra material at the sleeves and can get pulled down to take off, but I’ve had a few moments across four kids where the onesies had to be sacrificed for the sake of my sanity 🤣

Advice: don’t stress over posting videos on any kind of schedule the first six months after birth. You’re going to be extremely busy and tired, and the time should be entirely devoted to the baby, yourself, and your husband. Of course you’ll eventually return to your practice also, but the social media ‘things’ can wait. Priorities should and do change when children come along-and they should. Best wishes for you all at this very special time!
