Croatia secured the second place this year with Rim Tim Tagi Dim - let's look back at Baby Lasagna's highlights as he achieves runner-up status at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö.
Baby Lasagna is a project created by singer-songwriter Marko Purišić in order to compose the kind of songs he wanted to release. The Umag musician has a relaxed approach to making music, which is reflected in his humorous and casual lyrics.
Using what he sees as the predictable arrangement standards of the music industry, Marko tries, for those who listen carefully, to convey a deeper message about the worries and sufferings of our environment.
Baby Lasagna’s mission is to entertain you while drawing attention to the social and spiritual challenges of individuals and society.

Biggest Eurovision Cinderella story ever. A mostly anonymous singer with only 3 officially released songs ends up being the first reserve for his National Final, gets into the contest because another artist unexpectedly drops out, goes on to annihilate the competition by winning with over 50% of the total vote and then proceeds to win the hearts of Eurovision fans all over the world due to his really fun & catchy song and incredible kindness, humility, generosity and positive spirit. So proud of him for winning the televote and giving Croatia its best result ever, and hope this is only the start of an incredible and well-deserved career. Meow!
