I am 37 years old, and a first time mom of a 5 month old! I am a part of mom groups, i watch, listen and learn, but have never written a comment or given any feedback. Ever! I dont want the 100 negative comments that come with a simple question or concern. I can say, that your videos are amazing because you dont want the fancy theatrics to get more likes. You are giving information in a straight forward, educational way and it is much appreciated! Thank you for that girl! I just need to know how to safely feed my baby from someone who is educated, but most importantly, has first hand experience. I am an over thinker, so I had my wife, who works ALOT, watch 3 of your videos and she said that she felt comfortable with BLW from what i have told her, but that your videos settled her concerns! I bought the BLW book and havent had time to read it, but your videos helped the anxiety! Thank you! Your baby is Gorgeous btw!

My daughter is 6months old and the Dr. recommended that we start trying foods with her at 4months. So for 2 months we have been trying to feed her but she will NOT eat anything. If I even put the spoon to her lip she starts to gag. We’ve tried so many different foods and textures. She will literally throw up every time. She is exclusively breastfed. Does that mean that she just isn’t ready to eat foods, or do you think there may be some type of sensory issue perhaps? Thank you for any input you have.

Most foods are ok, so long as they are prepared properly for your kiddo's age/skills. Next week's video is covering foods to absolutely avoid.
