Always a joy to watch your videos! There's someting special about when you peel off the paint from the eyes, like it's coming alive at that point. Almost magical. A true artist. Thank you!

Hey Dan, I'm so glad that your still completing projects! I love you channel. I'm a father of 4 and make my children's pinyatas for their birthdays. I wanted to say that your work has been an inspiration to me. I bought one of your books and used it to create the pinyata for my youngest sons birthday. All your projects turn out amazing and I hope to expand my little work shop to accommodate projects that last, instead of being beaten to peices, lol. Thank you for all that you do!

Thank you Anthony! Yes, I made a few pinatas in my time for my daughters when they were growing up. They were fun to make, but it was indeed very hard watching them get smashed. Good luck with new projects! You definitely deserve a permanent one for yourself! Dan

I wish I had a tenth of your talent. Really cool little dragon. I've been saving up my newspapers to take a stab at making one of the dragons heads. Am crossing my fingers that it will come up at least as recognizable. Next, have to work on making all those little teeth, claws, and spikes. Your work is amazing!

After sculpting with paper mache pieces I add a "skin" of cloth (bed sheets) dipped in white glue. I call the process "cloth mache."
