Take a look at this baby swimming basics video of Millie at 10 months old. This is an easy to follow bath time routine we practice often to get her used to the water. The skills that we practice here we also practice at the swimming pool. Baby swimming should be done in a safe environment with constant adult supervision. The bath is a great place to peace skills such as breath control, floating and water exploration. When we take Millie to the swimming pool we also like to practice submersions. All swimming lessons should be fun and done in a positive way.
