I personally thank you gentlemen for not interfering with their natural instinct to head straight for the water. Even at the moment of their birth, they KNOW which way the water is and to head straight for it. You guys were lucky to have been able to be witness and capture this on film.

What an amazing video, so sad that out of 10,000 hatchlings only one will make it to adulthood. They go back to the beach where they are born to lay their eggs but not until they are over 30 years old. This is for Loggerhead Turtles.
