It's true that we walk throughout our lives, helping babies learn to walk is about supporting their natural development. Our intention is to provide helpful tips and guidance for parents to encourage their little ones in a safe and enjoyable manner. It's not about rushing the process but rather fostering a nurturing environment for their growth. Every child has their unique pace, and our goal is to assist parents in making this journey a joyous and memorable one. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 👶👣 #BabyDevelopment #Parenting

My sincere advice to all the parents ...once your child starts crawling properly, you should not be worried or hurry for walking because crawling is the best ever milestone achieved by a child so far as exercise is concerned. Once they start walking, they will never crawl in their life. Moreover once a child starts crawling, it is for sure your baby will walk as it will help them in getting strong muscle 🎉. Thank you..

You should’ve saved this advice as it is incorrect in so many ways. Baby’s, kids, humans as a whole are all different your statement suggests that the same exact process takes place with every child and it does not. The best advice you could give is to try not worrying but trust your instincts and consult your child’s physician with any concerns you may have.

Wise advice! Crawling is indeed a crucial developmental milestone, fostering strong muscles and coordination. Each stage of a child's mobility has its unique benefits. Embrace and celebrate their journey, knowing that each step contributes to their overall growth. Thanks for sharing this valuable perspective! 🌟👶 #ParentingWisdom #ChildDevelopment

I'm not in a hurry, my baby is! She first attempted to crawl at 4 months and has it down now. She sat herself up without help and started pulling herself up at 5 months. She actually started doing the first 3 exercises in the video without me initiating them! She's 6 months now and I still can't believe how fast she's growing. Trust me, I'm in no hurry!!! I just have to prepare for these milestones early since she's on a roll (pun intended! She rolled from belly to back at 3 weeks!).

Hey, you're welcome! Sounds like your little one is gearing up for some solo standing action. It's totally normal for them to need a bit of support at this stage. Try placing sturdy stuff around for him to grab onto, like a low table or a sturdy toy. It's a balancing act for them, literally! They'll get the hang of it soon. Just keep cheering them on and providing those safe spots. Go, little champ! 🌟👶 #ParentingAdventures #GrowingUp

@BabyExercises
@BabyExercises 6 ай бұрын
That’s wonderful to hear! It sounds like your baby is making great progress. Here are some exercises and activities to help her stand on her own: - Supported Standing Practice: Continue to encourage your baby to pull herself up using furniture. Place toys on top of the furniture to motivate her to stand and play while holding on. - Cruising Along Furniture: Encourage your baby to move along the furniture while holding on. Place toys or interesting objects just out of reach to encourage her to take steps sideways. - Assisted Standing: Hold your baby’s hands and help her stand. Gradually reduce the support you provide, encouraging her to balance more on her own. - Balance Games: Engage in games that promote balance. For example, sit on the floor with your baby and gently rock her back and forth while she stands holding your hands. - Push Toys: Provide a sturdy push toy that your baby can hold onto and push while walking. This gives her the support she needs to practice walking and build confidence. - Encourage Independent Standing: Place your baby in a standing position and let her hold onto a toy with both hands. Gradually encourage her to hold the toy with one hand and eventually stand without support. - Mirror Play: Place a child-safe mirror on the floor and encourage your baby to stand and look at herself. This can be motivating and fun for her. - Positive Reinforcement: Praise your baby for her efforts and celebrate her achievements, no matter how small. Positive reinforcement can boost her confidence and encourage her to keep trying. Remember, every baby develops at their own pace, so be patient and supportive. With your encouragement and these exercises, your baby will continue to build strength and confidence in standing on her own. Enjoy this exciting stage of her development! 🚼💕 #BabyDevelopment #ParentingTips

It’s common for some babies to need extra time to feel confident walking independently. Here are a few gentle ways to encourage her: Encourage Standing Practice: Set up activities that help her practice standing without support. For example, place toys on a low surface so she can stand and reach them. Use Push Toys: A sturdy push toy, like a small cart or a weighted walker, can help her get used to moving with less support while still feeling stable. Hold Hands, Then Gradually Let Go: Walk with her by lightly holding her hands, and when she’s steady, try slowly letting go so she can practice taking a step or two on her own. Practice on Soft Surfaces: Soft surfaces, like carpet, are safer for falls and can build her confidence. She may be more willing to let go if she feels secure. Provide Lots of Encouragement: Celebrate small wins and offer praise whenever she stands or takes a step. Confidence goes a long way toward helping her feel ready. If she’s still not showing signs of independent walking in a few months, or if you have concerns about her motor skills, consider checking in with a pediatrician or pediatric physical therapist. They can assess her progress and provide specific exercises to help her build strength and balance. 😊

My baby is 8.5 month old.. She was crawling.. But not sit.. Is there any problem? Plz suggest me some exercises to encourage her to sit..
@BabyExercises
@BabyExercises 2 ай бұрын
It's completely normal for babies to develop at their own pace, and many babies will have variations in their milestones. Since your baby is 8.5 months old and has been crawling but is not yet sitting, here are some gentle exercises and tips to encourage her to sit: Exercises to Encourage Sitting: Supported Sitting: Sit on the floor with your baby and support her by holding her around the waist. Gradually reduce the amount of support you give her as she becomes more stable. Use a Boppy Pillow: Place her in a sitting position with a Boppy pillow or soft cushions around her. This will provide some support while she practices balancing. Tummy Time: Continue with tummy time, but try to place her favorite toys just out of reach so she can push herself up and practice using her arms. Encourage Reaching: While she is sitting (with support if needed), encourage her to reach for toys placed in front of her. This will help her strengthen her core muscles. Sit and Play: Engage her in play while she's in a seated position. Use toys that require her to engage her core, like soft blocks or toys that make noise when shaken. Playground Activities: If you have a soft, safe area or a play gym, allow her to explore while sitting. This can build her confidence in the position. Things to Keep in Mind: Make sure she is safe and comfortable while practicing. Celebrate her efforts, even if she only manages to sit for a short time. Every baby develops differently. If you're concerned about her progress, consult with your pediatrician for personalized guidance. With encouragement and practice, she’ll likely gain confidence in sitting soon! 🌟

It's great to hear that your baby is doing well in other areas! It's not uncommon for some children to be cautious about walking independently. Here are some tips to help encourage your baby to walk with more confidence: Encouraging Independent Walking Create a Safe Environment: Ensure your home is baby-proofed and free of hazards. A safe space will help your baby feel more secure while attempting to walk. Encourage Cruising: Let your baby hold onto furniture and move along it. Place toys or objects just out of reach to motivate them to take steps sideways. Interactive Play: Engage in games that require standing and taking steps. For example, hold their favorite toy and encourage them to walk towards you. Use Push Toys: Provide a sturdy push toy or a walking aid that your baby can hold onto while walking. This gives them the support they need to build confidence. Assisted Walking: Hold your baby's hands and walk with them. Gradually reduce the support, encouraging them to take more independent steps. Practice Standing: Encourage your baby to stand on their own by holding onto a toy or piece of furniture. Gradually encourage them to let go for brief periods. Positive Reinforcement: Celebrate every attempt at walking, no matter how small. Positive reinforcement with smiles, claps, and cheers can boost their confidence. Social Interaction: Arrange playdates with other children who are walking. Sometimes seeing peers walk can motivate your baby to try as well. Encouraging Words: Use positive and encouraging language. Reassure your baby that it's okay to try and that you're there to support them. Gradual Steps: Start with short distances. Encourage your baby to walk from one parent to another or from a piece of furniture to you.

My baby is nine months old she was crawling and standing fine but since last morning she is not putting weight on her feet nor she is crawling, any idea?
@BabyExercises
@BabyExercises 6 ай бұрын
If your baby suddenly stops putting weight on her feet and is not crawling, it could be due to several reasons. Here are a few possibilities to consider: Minor Injury or Discomfort: Check if there are any signs of pain or discomfort when you touch or move her legs and feet. Babies can sometimes experience minor injuries or muscle strains from crawling or playing. Illness or Infection: Sometimes, babies may become less active if they are feeling unwell due to an illness or infection. Look for other symptoms such as fever, irritability, or changes in appetite. Teething: Teething can sometimes cause babies to be more irritable and reluctant to move around. Check if your baby is showing signs of teething, such as drooling, chewing on objects, or swollen gums. Developmental Leap: Babies go through periods of rapid development, known as developmental leaps, during which they may temporarily change their behavior, including movement patterns. Environment Change: Have there been any recent changes in your baby's environment or routine that could be affecting her behavior? Changes in surroundings, caregivers, or schedules can sometimes unsettle babies. Seek Medical Advice: If your baby continues to avoid putting weight on her feet or shows other concerning symptoms, it's best to consult with a pediatrician. They can provide a thorough evaluation to rule out any underlying medical issues. In the meantime, observe your baby closely for any additional symptoms or changes in behavior. Provide comfort and support, and try to create a calm and familiar environment for her.

@BabyExercises
@BabyExercises 2 ай бұрын
It sounds like your baby prefers staying on your lap instead of sitting on the floor with support. This is common for some babies, but here are a few tips to gently encourage sitting independently: Engage with Fun Toys on the Floor: Place favorite toys or objects just within reach on the floor to make it inviting and encourage curiosity. Try sitting close by on the floor so they feel comfortable. Use a Support Pillow: Place a pillow or small cushion behind your baby’s lower back while they’re sitting on the floor. This gives a sense of stability, and over time, they may gain more confidence sitting without needing as much support. Short Sessions, More Often: Start with short, regular floor sessions throughout the day. Even just a few minutes at a time can gradually build comfort and strength. Make It a Game: Play interactive games, like rolling a ball or playing with stacking blocks, while your baby is seated on the floor. This keeps the focus on fun instead of the new seating position. Offer Gentle Encouragement: Encourage with praise and celebrate any small effort your baby makes to sit independently, even if it’s brief. If you’re concerned about their motor skill development or strength, consider consulting your pediatrician or a pediatric physical therapist. They can provide guidance and, if needed, exercises to help build core stability and confidence. With time and a bit of practice, your baby will likely grow more comfortable sitting on their own. 😊

It's understandable to be concerned when your baby hasn't started standing or walking by one year old, but remember that each child develops at their own pace. Here are some tips to encourage your baby to stand and walk: - Encourage Tummy Time: Make sure your baby spends plenty of time on their tummy. This helps strengthen the muscles needed for standing and walking. - Assist with Standing: Hold your baby's hands and gently pull them up to a standing position. Let them feel the sensation of standing and bearing weight on their legs. - Use Furniture: Place your baby near sturdy furniture so they can pull themselves up to stand. Place toys on top of the furniture to motivate them to reach and stand. - Interactive Play: Engage your baby in interactive games that involve standing, such as playing with stacking rings or a shape sorter while they are in a standing position. - Encourage Cruising: Once your baby is comfortable standing with support, encourage them to cruise along the furniture. Place toys just out of reach to motivate them to move from one piece of furniture to another. - Push Toys: Provide a sturdy push toy that your baby can hold onto while walking. This can help them practice walking with some support. - Praise and Encouragement: Offer lots of praise and encouragement for any efforts your baby makes towards standing and walking, no matter how small. - Create a Safe Environment: Ensure your home is safe and free of hazards so your baby can practice standing and walking without any obstacles. - Be Patient: Every child develops at their own pace. Some babies may take a little longer to start standing and walking, and that's perfectly normal. Consult with a Pediatrician: If your baby is not showing any signs of standing or walking by 15 months, consider discussing this with your pediatrician. They can provide personalized advice and determine if any further evaluation is needed. Remember, your baby is unique and will reach milestones in their own time. Keep providing a loving and supportive environment, and your baby will continue to progress. 🚼💕 #BabyDevelopment #ParentingTips

It's understandable to be concerned, but remember that every child develops at their own pace. Here are some suggestions to help encourage your baby to stand and some signs to watch for: Encouragement and Exercises Tummy Time: - Ensure your baby gets plenty of tummy time, which helps strengthen the neck, back, and core muscles needed for standing. Supported Standing: - Hold your baby’s hands and gently help them stand. Let them feel the weight on their legs while you provide support. Use Furniture: - Place your baby near sturdy furniture where they can pull themselves up to stand. Place toys on the furniture to encourage them to stand and play. Cruising: - Once your baby can pull to stand, encourage them to cruise along the furniture. Place interesting objects or toys just out of reach to motivate them to move sideways. Interactive Play: - Engage in games that involve standing, such as having them hold onto a toy while you hold the other end, or playing "patty-cake" while they stand supported. Push Toys: - Provide a sturdy push toy that your baby can hold onto while walking. This helps them practice standing and taking steps with support. Positive Reinforcement: - Praise and encourage any attempts at standing, even if they are brief. Positive reinforcement helps build confidence.

It's understandable to be concerned if your 12-month-old daughter isn't walking independently yet. Many babies take their time with this milestone, and there can be a wide range of what’s considered normal. Here are some gentle tips to encourage her to walk without support: Tips to Encourage Independent Walking: Encourage Cruising: Allow her to cruise along furniture, as this helps her build strength and confidence. You can create a safe environment with sturdy furniture she can hold onto. Use Push Toys: Sturdy push toys can help her practice walking. Look for toys that she can lean on and push while walking, which gives her support and encourages movement. Practice Standing: Help her practice standing without support. You can use toys to motivate her to reach out while standing, gradually encouraging her to let go. Play Games: Engage in fun games that involve standing or taking steps, like rolling a ball back and forth. This can make walking feel more like play. Create a Safe Space: Ensure she has a safe area to practice walking, free from hazards. Soft surfaces like carpets can provide a safer landing if she falls. Hold Her Hands: You can help her walk by holding her hands. Gradually decrease the amount of support you provide as she becomes more confident. Celebrate Small Wins: Encourage and celebrate any attempts she makes to stand or take steps. Positive reinforcement can boost her confidence. When to Consult a Professional: If she’s not showing any signs of walking or trying to walk independently by 15-18 months, it might be a good idea to consult with a pediatrician or a pediatric physical therapist. They can assess her development and provide specific guidance tailored to her needs. Every child is unique, so try to be patient and supportive as she develops her walking skills! 😊

We appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. Babies develop at their own pace, and it's important to remember that there's a wide range of normal when it comes to reaching milestones. It's great that your baby can sit when you place him in that position, as this shows he has the physical capability. If he hasn't started sitting or standing independently yet, that's perfectly okay. Every baby has their own unique timeline, and some take a little longer to achieve certain milestones. Continue to offer him opportunities to practice sitting and standing with your support, and celebrate each small step of progress along the way. Remember, your love and encouragement play a big role in his development. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to your pediatrician for guidance and reassurance. Your baby is on his own unique journey, and he'll get there when he's ready. ❤️👶

It's common for babies to reach milestones like crawling at different ages. At 11 months some babies may be crawling while others are still developing their motor skills. Encourage your baby with tummy time and some of the activities shown in our videos. Every child is unique, and they'll reach milestones in their own time. Remember to enjoy and celebrate each step of your baby's journey! 🚼💕 #BabyDevelopment #ParentingJourney

We have seen this many times before, not all babies choose to crawl on the knees. If you have a look at our videos on crawling you will see a some exercises that can help your baby crawl the regular way. 12 months is still early stages when it comes to walking. Try out some of the walking exercises, this will your baby walk. Remember to have fun while you do activities, this is important as your baby’s motor development will progress quicker when she is having fun.

It's quite common for a 12-month-old to go through phases in standing independently. The transition to walking can be gradual. Encourage her with supportive toys and praise when she stands alone. It's part of the learning process, and her confidence will likely grow over time. #ParentingJourney 🌟 #BabyMilestones 👶 #GrowingUpFast #ToddlerAdventures 🚀 #FirstStepsJoy 😊 #ParenthoodMagic #LittleExplorer 🌈 #MomentsToCherish 💖 #IndependentSteps

Thank you for sharing your baby's progress with us! It's wonderful that she's already showing such great motor skills by holding onto objects and taking steps. Remember that every baby develops at their own unique pace, and there's no need to rush these milestones. Letting go and standing independently will come in her own time, and she's making great progress already. Keep providing her with love, support, and encouragement, and she'll continue to reach new milestones when she's ready. Every step of her journey is a special moment to cherish! 😊👶💕

If your baby is 1 year and 11 months old and is not walking or standing independently, it's understandable to feel concerned. Here are some steps you can consider: Consult a Pediatrician: It's important to discuss your concerns with your pediatrician. They can assess your baby's development and rule out any underlying medical issues that may be affecting her ability to walk. Encourage Physical Activity: Continue to encourage activities that promote strength and balance, such as tummy time, crawling, and assisted standing. Use toys and objects to motivate her to move and explore. Provide Supportive Environment: Create a safe environment where your baby can practice standing and walking with support. Use sturdy furniture or a walker toy to assist her in gaining confidence. Physical Therapy: Depending on your pediatrician's assessment, they may recommend physical therapy to help improve muscle strength and coordination. Be Patient and Supportive: Every child develops at their own pace. Offer lots of encouragement and praise for any efforts your baby makes towards standing or walking, even if they are small steps. Monitor Developmental Milestones: Keep track of other developmental milestones your baby is achieving, such as fine motor skills and language development. This can provide a broader perspective on her overall development. Remember, each child is unique, and some may take longer to reach certain milestones. By working closely with your pediatrician and providing a supportive environment, you can help your baby progress at her own pace. 🚶‍♀️💕
