Babygirl is a 2024 American erotic thriller film written, directed, and co-produced by Halina Reijn. It stars Nicole Kidman, Harris Dickinson, Sophie Wilde, and Antonio Banderas.
The film debuted on August 30, 2024, at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, where Kidman won the Volpi Cup for Best Actress. Its North American premiere followed at the 49th Toronto International Film Festival on September 10, 2024, with a U.S. theatrical release by A24 scheduled for December 25, 2024.

Not sure about this, in an era of trying to recognise and eliminate toxic masculinity it doesn’t appeal to me but my hope would be that there must be some kind of interesting twist in the actual story. The guy in the movie isn't being Toxic. He's giving Nicole's character what she wants and desires. He isn't violent with her. It's a mind games between two people who are attracted to each other
