What a hassle.....but well done. Just get the monster micro pro. No modding needed at all and no weight penalty. But be aware that its a 16:9 only cam.

I love my eagle pro 2, this should fit on my rakonheli cnc aluminium replacement frame with no modification! I've been flying my babyhawk r so much, would be really nice to get some better quality picture

I picked up a Babyhawk R from a guy that was flying it in a Taranus XT Lite, but I can’t get it to bind with my Radiomaster Zorro. I’ve gone through all the normal binding steps did a fresh CLI dump, tried different protocols, etc. The lights all cycle and the motors turn in BetaFlight. Even the light on the receiver flashes once I put my transmitter into bind mode. Still nothing. Any tips? New firmware flash? New reviver? Thanks.

Idk what to suggest but a radio master wasn’t out or in existence when this came out. It may be running a older version of frsky receiver. I would try a new receiver imo

Why do your props appear to be on backwards? I have only seen this a few times and wondered why.

Naps Channel reverse prop rotation. It's a option in betaflight. It helps if you hit gates and tree branches as well as improved turning ability. It will make you go through the gate or tree branch rather then hang up on them. Just have to go into blheli after and reverse the esc direction.

Thanks man for your insightful videos. I want your opinion on the 3” version. Might just get this one with the 6000 kv and do the upgrade props n arms. How would you say they compare. Especially since it has 3500kv on 3” props ? Lmk. It would help me with mKing a decision. Thanks.

I have had the 3 inch as well as the 2.5 inch pro version, the 3 inch is faster but the 2.5 seemed more responsive

How does the stock vtx antenna come off? I want to upgrade to the axii. Not liking my reception. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

izzy quintana if you look at the vtx where it connects it just pops off. Need a antenna with a ufl connection to replace it

izzy quintana very easy. Be careful if that you UFL connector comes off while the VTX is powered on it will kill the VTX

When I added a ufl to sma connector on my babyhawk r I had to use a small pair of needlenose pliers to squeeze the UFL connector so it would stay on. After doing that little mod it actually takes a little work to put on and take off which is kinda what you want

No worries I just happen to have a bhr with 2.5" arms on it and I just got a micro eagle in the mail yesterday!! Looking forward to your dvr footage to decide if I want to mod the bhr or stick this in something else. Cam is almost 4g heavier which can make a difference.

guywithanicename ok reverse props rotation. Ok wasn't sure what you meant earlier I guess. Reverse props have helped me get through gates and trees where normally would have crashed out. Also keep all the dirt off the camera lens too

thanks dude, i ended up buying the black one. now when i fly LOS i cant tell which side is which! haha bit of vinyl tape should help. we need to see a before and after cam view. honestly the foxeer arrow micro is pretty clean in my transformers and compared to any Eagle Micro vid, im not sure i see upgrade value.
