Bach Marcello Adagio Piano Tutorial (Synthesia) BWV 974 after Concerto for Oboe in D Minor S D935 shows this beautiful and melancholic piece, originally by Alessandro Marcello. It was transcribed by J.S. Bach for piano solo. This slow movement has a wonderful balance of emotion and structure that is so characteristic of pieces from the Baroque era. It has a serenity that reminds me of the workings of the universe. The original was also known as S Z799 which was a version of the concerto in C Minor.
