@@NavySeal2k you are sort of correct. It's true that Vronda B is not a judge. It's also true that these are actors playing out this case. HOWEVER, Vronda B IS an attorney in the state of Texas (I think it's Texas) and, from what I understand, these reenactments are taken from cases she has tried/defended in Texas Court. What I believe she is doing here, is using these reenactments to educate people on Texas State Law when it comes to child support. The reason I say this, is because there is usually a section at the end of each reenactment where she points out what the plantiff was after, what decisions were made, and Texas Law was applied in each case. She also explains how each decision was reached.

@@NavySeal2k I didn't say that it wasn't. It is possible that not every video has that explanation at the end. I haven't watched all of her videos, but many of them that I've watched does have that moment at the end. As for the overacting/overwriting... well, these videos ARE a dramatization, so that sort of goes without saying. This is also a form of entertainment, which helps get her message across. It's a 'film style' choice. If you don't like the dramatizations, then don't watch them.

I used to do paternity testing I can't tell you how many times we had mother's say he has to be the father and then the parade of men start. I always felt bad for the children!

Deal with it NavySeal2k. My best friend is a court reporter. Was for 28 years. He has stated that these cases are NOT out of the realm of possibility at all.

SPOILERS follow: The blame game is running amok: she blames him for that beautiful child, she blames his attorney-relative for doing illegal, underhanded, fraudulent things with the DNA test (slander, libel), she blames the DNA test itself so she's blaming the DNA technicians for either being completely incompetent and irresponsible or for deliberately sabotaging the results and she suggested that even the court itself could have tampered with the results. Everyone else is to blame because the outcome wasn't what she had 'banked' on: she's not going to get a dime out of him and that realization bulldozed over her not very gently with just two words "NO probability". All her pompous, arrogant, haughty behavior towards him in that courtroom, mocking him, ridiculing him, laughing in his face showed her true character. I pity her daughter being raised with a mother who has no problem making herself look foolish, petty and vengeful in a court of law while lying through her teeth. I also pity the guy who *is* the biological father of that beautiful child once she sifts through the men in her life and drags them all into court for those DNA tests because she will never give him a moment's peace.

It is horrible. A horrible thing to do to a child. To not know who their father is. My MiL is a tramp. She slept her way through heaven only knows how many guys to get pregnant so she could get welfare and not have to work. My poor SiL grew up with first being told one guy was her dad, then another guy. When the second guy who thought he might be her dad was doing his will, he and his wife felt that she should be in the will with their kids if she was his. So they got tested. Nope. Not him. We went back digging through records trying to figure out who it was. My MiL completely skipped mentioning that she was doing hook ups in bars that fall. Poor SiL went and tested against every possible relative. People were actually super nice. Possible half siblings voluntarily tested. Nothing. Finally she did 23 and me and found out who her dad was. Long since deceased and no chance to even meet him. That’s when she admitted she had been hooking up that fall and sleeping with random guys from bars. She tried to get my FiL to accept the baby but they had been separated for over a year. She actually put his name in her birth certificate! The welfare people came after him for child support. Poor guy. Of course my husband was a young adult and he signed a sworn statement his dad had been in another state and not seem them for over a year. Then to top it off his dad submitted his vasectomy records! I lost any possible respect for her immediately. What she did is awful and her daughter is super mad
