Hey everyone! Welcome back to Journey With Us. I'm Manish, and today we're diving into an intense back day workout. Watch as I take you through each exercise and see the transformation from my past to present back structure. Remember, consistency and proper form are key!
Today's Workout:
Pull-Ups: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated Cable Row: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Dumbbell Row: 3 sets of 10-12 reps per hand
Chest Supported Row Machine: 3 sets of 10-12 reps per hand
Pull-Ups and Stretching
Cycling: 20 minutes
Cool Down
Benefits of Each Exercise:
Pull-Ups: Strengthen lats, biceps, and upper back
Lat Pulldown: Target latissimus dorsi for a wider back
Seated Cable Row: Improve posture and back thickness
Dumbbell Row: Enhance upper and middle back strength
Chest Supported Row Machine: Full back engagement with reduced lower back strain
Stretching: Decompress spine and increase flexibility
Cycling: Improve cardiovascular health and aid recovery
