Do scapular rolls first. Then wide grip and close grip pull downs with close grip V bar.

Focusing some part of the lats specifically is just not really a thing. This reel could confuse too many people. Saying that the grip is more about comfort in the last sentence doesn't save it. Just don't make this video to begin with.
