Como sempre, assim como o video do Front Lever, video extremamente detalhado, mostrando parte por parte, sem perder nenhum exercicio. Muito bom, estão de parabens, como sempre.

Man what a great tutorial. I think you’ve got all the bases covered here. Thanks for putting this together, now we all have a roadmap to get there.

Thanks! I've been planning to start uploading again by myself. My name is Rodrigo and I was the cameraman in all the videos. I'd like to ask you what you think about it. We ( me and my friends ) started the channel what i wanted from it was to become famous and motivate people around the world. Now my friends don't make videos with me anymore, and I wanna upload alone. I'm not sure whether I should upload here or make a completely new channel. What are your thoughts? And what kind of video would you like?

This looks intriguing, wonder what muscles this move works and if it very different from the front lever

@@BHBarsDicas Hey Rodrigo! You should upload here and continue the legacy of your friends and yourself. That's because those are great achievements and memories when we looked back. I still often checked back these backlever tutorials. I like the concept of progression tutorial, training montage and also speak to the camera video (so your audience would know you more). Hope these helps.

Muito bom os tutoriais, mas ainda tenho uma dúvida, se alguém puder me ajudar. Qual seria a ordem de movimentos do mais fácil para o mais difícil? Dos tutoriais que já tem vídeo, qual a melhor ordem ? Vlw.
@SWBHBars9 жыл бұрын
Lucas O vídeo está em ordem progressiva correta. Existem alguns movimentos auxiliares que só aparecerão em outros vídeos porque se colocássemos neste, ficaria muito longo, portanto outros virão. Aguarde! :)

Question! When you’re training without a mirror or with someone, how do you know or feel that you hold your back lever at horizontal as able ? Is that anyway to know that ? Thank you !

Thanks very much, the actor of the video is a great athlete. Sadly we don't make videos together anymore, and i've been taking an opinion poll. I was the cameraman that day, and I'm also the holder of the gmail account. I've been asking everyone if you think I should get back on making these videos by myself on this channel or if I should start a channel by myself. Also, what type of videos would you like to see? Let me know my friend! Let's train!

nice video! when should i include those progressions ?rest day or other 1?
@BHBarsDicas8 жыл бұрын
+VIDEO SAIKO Thank you. The progressions are meant to be done on a daily basis. If you can't train them every day, you should try doing it at least 2-3 times a week, in order to progress continuously.

Great toutorials. sub. thanx for what You doin. how often should i do these and how many sets/reps? its fine to do it 3 x a week? or its too often??
@BHBarsDicas8 жыл бұрын
3x a week may get you where you want. Although it's always best to train every day, while making sure every muscle gets at least the mininum amount of recovery necessary. The sets/reps scheme is being made, we will release one for everyone very soon. Stay tuned!
