Yes, my lower right back really needed this. I did a little cardio session before stretching to make sure my muscles were warm before stretching and it went very well.

That felt so good! The yoga block under the lower back made a big difference for those glute/hip flexor stretches! Great start to my Sunday 😄 Day 5 Done! ✅

Loved this workout. Have Osteoporosis and find that exercises like full Superman’s hurt my lower back. These were great!

This is a nice stretch. Thank you, I had a slipped disc in 2004 and sometimes is a nice stretch a godsend.

I missed this in the run up to Christmas but think I have pulled a muscle in my lower back so did this instead of the scheduled workout. I felt so good at the end and much more positive about a quick recovery, thanks PJ! ps I will do this every day this week to make sure

Nothing makes you feel older than your child. I was breathing and trying to relax into the reclined twist. She scoffed: that's hard for you?! And proceeded to demo how easy it should be. #goals? :)

My cat sleeps all day, gets up and does parkour. I am still moderately broken and still working out. Humans are somewhere below the evolution tree imo. We just think we are smart😅
