This is a great video..thanks..finally some simple exercises that are common sense. I have to work with sciatica and this is the best I have done..thanks a million!!

Thank you very much for this video. The sitting and standing positions you have presented here are incredibly powerful in allowing continual spinal decompression, while I go about my day. And the active functional stretch makes so much sense, while being wonderfully effective. My body is starting to feel strong and able again, while finally beginning to feel the benefits from continual healing (instead of the roller coaster of stretch/compression/stretch, which really wears down one's mental health in recovery). I am so grateful for the generous guidance of your videos.
