Where does he address back spasms. In which publication?
@bucksdiaryfanАй бұрын
Stu always says "there's no such thing as non-specific back injury"... I wish he could get his message across to the sports world. Its so frustrating when the Brewers lose Yelich for the season because "his back was acting up again"... if he had a knee or ankle injury we would know specifically what was wrong with him, but with the back they just act like every injury to the back is equivalent

Is he saying that split squats are problematic?
@osteopathiccpdtraining Жыл бұрын
I think he's saying they may be problematic in certain instances, but not all. Someone perhaps with acetabular impingement or a labral tear. If it aggravates and causes pain then it may be an issue, and especially if tne exercise doesn't transfer to your chosen sport. I hope this helps and that I haven't misrepresented what he's trying to say.

Perhaps first really listen and understand context. Learn and read .. do some effort .. you got a brain for a reason.

If your guests are gonna use models to explain things, it makes sense to me to use the full real estate of the screen. Get rid of your goddamn useless border that hinders the message your guest is trying to explain.

Exactly. A totally useless border.

Don't do yoga and work on spine flexibility/mobility? Just let them stiffen up as you age? 🤔
@Evo-athleticOR Жыл бұрын
Yah I didn't quite get that either. Loosing the ability to move your spine sounds like a sure fire way to start to develop all kinds of other issues at other joints too.

Yes I would like to understand his viewpoint in this as well. I believe he is involved with a yoga program. From how I understand, he feels a yoga class with all poses may not be suitable for all, especially when in pain. Need more direct motions for your body type to heal and stay strong. Love to hear feedback

You don't seem to have any insight. Please read his book to understand and .. understand..
