That’s interesting, because something that i actually thought up on my own, and have been doing for a long time, is when I’m doing pronation lifts from the ground, whether with heavy resistance bands or judo belts and free weights, when I do the standard loop around my thumb lift, to enhance it I’ll hold a fat grip in my hand to make it feel closer to griping a hand while doing my various pronation floor lifts, and of course I’ll pack the top of my hand sometimes with a drink kookie, which I discovered works great.

Hey Kevin, what do you think about putting the strap over the knuckles versus putting it through the palm?
@KevinPalkoArmwrestling2 жыл бұрын
Completely different workout and way harder. When the strap is over the knuckles, that is directly attacking your riser, or the ability to keep your wrist straight up. The workout I’m doing is mostly attacking the brachioradialis. Over the knuckles is one of the most important workouts for armwrestler’s

Top roll eliminator vs wrist max. What's your opinion?
@KevinPalkoArmwrestling2 жыл бұрын
That’s a good one. Wrist max is probably better because it’s slightly rounded and the straps add extra resistance. The TRE is still good, but does hurt my finger joints more.
