Hey lizzy, awesome progress! Your positivity and power on your way back is inspiring to see. I was wondering if you are familiar with breathing exercises…I could imaging that the Wim Hof method could help you with your recovery. Cost nothing and effects the Immunsystem. Fascinating topic with great potential. Maybe it’s an inspiring for you too. Keep it up! - a german osteopath/physiotherapist and climber 👍🏻
