How's the shoulder is that why you went back to one hand ?

The shoulder turned out to be spine disease. I have gotten back to bowling shape, but I had to go one handed as my main method. I sometimes have numbness and control issues in my right hand, so I will go to 2 hands when necessary.

Damn bro sorry to hear that but glad to see you making video still , I've dabbled with 2 hand but mostly one hand no thumb rolled but I tore a ligament in my hand / wrist so now am 2 handing it to relieve the pressure and now reaching around 200 to 226 average so thank you for you videos it is much appreciated

Ouch ! Sorry to hear that , loved your 2handed style but then again your 1handed games was never that bad lol hope you can work through them , could always go lefty , being a lefty all I ever hear is " easy on the left " keep rolling man .
