Cereal story for you, our 15 year old son at the time was eating. Cereal one morning,hubby realizes he has eaten an entire box of cereal, he lays down the law! From now on son you get one bowl of cereal have fruit or something with it, son says ok Dad! Next morning hubby goes into the kitchen, there sits Jason with the largest mixing bowl I owned eating his one bowl of cereal! Hubby laughs and say You got me Kid!

Thanks Jennifer, I too love grocery shopping with coupons. My youngest daughter is very knowledgeable on fitness. She works out daily, looks amazing even when pregnant. She tells me keep moving as much as possible & drink a gallon of water daily. Her motto is, water is everything. My very fav food is the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Take care. 🦃

I "flood my cells" first thing in the morning and before every meal and it really helps with at the very least maintaining weight. The cookies don't help though.

I love seeing your shopping hauls Jennifer. This one I think you were very pleased about. I don’t blame you. You got some great deals! I’m going to do a haul in a couple of days for another small turkey which will be the second small turkey this season to bake and debone for the freezer.( our Thanksgiving Turkey is a large one) I’ve already stocked well for the holidays but I continue to grab the good deals. I think we share this awesome trait. The burgers looked scrumptious!

Hi Jennifer, super easy turkey. This is what i do and it works every time, I just rub butter and herbs under the skin and allover the outer skin of the bird then I just fill the cavity with apples, celery, onions and oranges. I put it in a turkey bag and put it breast side down the turkey turns out moist and it's super easy

Same here. The turkey turns out great and my family eats turkey once a year! The leftovers are just as tasty as the original bird.

I love that idea and it sounds amazing. All the directions always say to bake breast side up and I always think to myself that breast side should result in juicier breast meat. Sounds like you've tested this and it's true.

Meijer ( I’m in Michigan ) has turkeys for .49 a pound and if you use their mperks, it’s .39 a pound. I got a good size turkey for just under $5.00 and another one for around $6.00 for our deep freezer to enjoy in March.

Always go to the regular checkout. I also find it helpful to scan each item that is part of a sale to make sure I actually have the coupons clipped. I’ve missed a few in the past and learned my mistake.

Yes! I always count up the number of times the coupon deal comes off at the end.

I really like grocery shopping also. 🧡 Clothing shopping...not so much. 😵‍💫🥴🤪 Getting great deal to stock up the pantry always makes me feel happy. I'm the same with the turkey. If I'm going to cook one anyways why not make the biggest one and have leftovers to eat and/or freeze. Loving fresh cranberries this time of years. Love watching your videos. We have a lot in common and I also may learning for you also. My mother and mother- in- Love have both passed so it nice to learn from someone just a little bit farther down the life path then me. That is how I shop. Stay stocked and buy the deals. I get the issue with digital deals. We have Kroger. I have issues with their app. Sometimes the coupons will show if I log in on my computer but not show them on app. You also have to watch that you do not have another coupon...it will take a lesser amount coupon off and not give you digital deal. Other times it will take off all coupons. Always check your receipt!!

I really enjoyed your video! The meals looks delicious! I found a cranberry “concentrate” makes downs to 2.50 at my discount store . It was Santa Cruz 8 oz concentrate. So maybe I’ll go get more, we will see.

That's a great find. I've actually never seen cranberry concentrate in the stores unless you mean frozen concentrate. And even that is always full of added sugars.

It’s in a small glass jar. I’ve seen the brand before near the organic foods. It’s 2 to 1 when you add water. Im always looking for marked down items, but harder to find. Every time I see cranberries, I think of you and your family. 😊

I had the same problem with the digital deals at Albertsons. I had to call their customer service number and somehow my original account was not linked to my app account. She was able to link them and since then I have not had a problem.

No. Fresh fruit is harvested a different way. All our fruit is made into dried cranberries, juice and sauce.

@@acountrylife that’s like I’ve been complaining about cinnamon rolls for 2 1/2 years not ringing up when they put them 50% off in the bakery they still don’t work. My boyfriend just said give it up and he does the pricing on his inventory all that but he doesn’t handle that part and he’s like just forget it it’s never gonna get fixed that’s like if KU wins only Lawrence is supposed to have free donuts but I’ve been getting a free donut every temp KU wins even though I went to K State I’m enjoying my free donut because I keep telling him it’s wrong and by the. Time they fix it this season’s over lol

I just never had time to do that before and it was easier when I worked there and the only thing I really buy are the weeklies for Kroger because it is cheaper to go to Aldi and doing pricing for 30 years I can’t pay full price for anything. the grapes have a natual bloom which protects the grapes from the weather and its not from pestacides i know this cause i live where 99% of the grapes are grown and i used to work in the fields and know all about the grapes

I am a huge & loyal Kroger fan & customer also family my entire life. But the Digital Coupons are always a huge hassle & I have given up on them. They never go through even when Customer Service does it for me. I really wish they were eliminated. They are more time & trouble than it's worth. I also have to take my Tablet to the store which is not convenient. I do love all the other wonderful savings from Kroger & a huge blessing for me.They have the best deals anywhere here.

As a stay at home mom that’s turned into a stay at home grandma, I absolutely love to clip the weekly special coupons. There are lots of times I go in for those items only. I do have to make sure that I check that they all rang up right before I pay. I enjoy getting those deals. Love your videos so much! I can relate. 😊

Hi Jennifer and sweet family! I do like to clip the coupons on my app and when I go to the store I do a separate order of regular items and my coupon items just to make sure that the coupon is used. I too had an issue with digital coupons and I remedied that. I would have gotten the whole turkey too. Gosh, I can’t believe how tall Joseph and Peter are, sweet petite Maria really seems to have your demeanor and personality. Your food looks so good as always. Those little turkey breasts are SO expensive! I don't blame you for just buying a whole turkey. We get those breasts every once in a while because they are fantastic smoked in our smoker. Otherwise, I'm just like you, $12.98 for one little breast is too much! GREAT grocery haul! I so wish we had a Pick'n Save or a Piggly Wiggly or a Kroger near us.
