AS a Brit i obviously dont celebrate thanksgiving but have been lucky enough to live in the USA and twice was invited to a families celebration. It was such a joy. Since my husband & I have no children and we have no family in this state, I make a casserole similar to this also. My husband calls it, Thanksgiving in a bowl. And frankly he asks for it several times a year, not just in November. I'm adding the cranberries next time I make it. Great idea 😕👍

I’m over here in my bed in The Netherlands 🇳🇱, it’s about 34 degrees Fahrenheit and my bedroom window is open just so I can be warm and snuggly curled up under my blankets when it’s so cold outside and watch this video. I tested out a mac & cheese recipe yesterday to see if it would be a good one for Thanksgiving next week. It’s a BEER mac & cheese with added bacon, ground mustard & chives. I wasn’t a fan & decided not to use it, but didn’t want to just throw it out. Your idea to serve fried mac & cheese croquettes was a good one! It transformed it into something that I could serve as an appetizer!

I’ve really been looking forward to this video. I have a low budget fixed income and Spina Bifida, so it’s difficult to think of good and tasty cohesive meals I can make easily and safely on my own. This channel really helps with ideas. Thank goodness, I’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving with family, but this’ll come in handy between Christmas and Thanksgiving when I want to make a festive meal on my own.

For someone who lives alone, for a struggling single parent with kids, for a senior on a limited budget, or for someone with limited cooking skills, you have provided a way to have a delicious meal with all of the flavors. Imagine if just half the people on your page (me included) made this (or bought the ingredients and printed the instructions) and gifted it to someone in their neighborhood or church who was struggling.

Thaw turkey. Take out bags inside. Put on Reynolds Oven Bag and follow directions. It comes out moist and if you take the plastic off for the last little bit it crisps the skin.

This is so very clever. 🎉 BRILLIANT!!! 🎉 Here I said to myself, "Let's check in with Rebecca" and WOW. Not only is the Thanksgiving Casserole good for the actual holiday, but a FABULOUS idea to refurbish leftovers! My family members are not turkey fans. I going to grill/ Weber smoke a lovely whole chicken and Italian sausage. And I am making a lasagna with homemade ricotta and mozzarella with lactose-free milk. Not within the Dollar Tree wheelhouse, but we have a guest who can't do lactose.

I’ve made a version of that casserole and it’s quite good. I often add a can of cream of mushroom soup too jar of gravy for the gravy and some shredded cheese on the potatoes looks great thank you.

The Italian breadcrumbs are great for adding to salmon/tuna/mackerel patties. Gives more flavor. I'm not a fan of tuna but the patties turn out good and my cats love them too. You can make large patties and put them on a bun hot or cold. It's a cheap meal.

I love Thanksgiving leftovers, so I can see myself using the stuffing and eggs to make stuffing waffles filled with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce and topped with gravy. I know Dollar Tree doesn't sell eggs, but to me, it's not Thanksgiving without a tray of deviled eggs! Enjoy watching your various holiday meals because you give me so many ideas!
