I watched Mr. Wizard episodes as a kid. I loved the show, though he could sometimes be a bit abrasive to his assistants. I thought he was a perfect aspiration for a perfectly amazing audience.

I have a vivid memory as a 3 year old when they came out of the blue train. I loved the clear blue with the sparkles, the little mirror and spinning wheele spirals. Since ive found a brand new one in the bag ive opened and put on my shelf of favorite things.

As a 90s kid I can say you are indeed a Junkman of culture. Beakman was the best! Also I remember having that little train toy as a kid, knew it was probably a Happy Meal toy but never knew what it was from. I just liked the sparkly paint on it.

we got the first happy meal toys at McDonald's right after we saw Star Trek the Motiom picture. that was the first happy meal and we liked it for the boxes but we soon got out of them because it wasnt enough to fill up.

McDonalds had some great Happy Meal Toys from the 80's and 90's. If I may say please. I remember the Star Trek: TMP happy meal from 1979 since it was my first lol.

The dog is smiling like what now ?!? 😂😂😂 I never had these. I did get 3 of the 4 BTTF sunglasses from Pizza Hut, though. I still have them somewhere. You're right Junkman, they lost out on a fortune in potential sales. Oh and you asked what toys we got. Honestly I don't remember. I remember getting some Star Wars toys from taco bell during the re release. As a kid I also got star trek 3 glasses from taco bell. Not as exciting as toys though.

The best thing McDonald's ever gave out were the Batman Forever glasses and Raider's Of The Lost Ark VHS.

I was ok with Beakman, but I wasn't really catching his stuff much. I watched Mr. Wizard a lot, I guess, in syndication in the mid-1980s. I remembered those MacDonald toys, but I never went to McDonald's with my mom in those days. And I did remember those toys in the commercials. I wanted them, but never got to even hit up a McD, let alone get a toy.
