Dan when is your next competition, since I jointed you channel I’ve noticed your improvements and have become a fan of yours. Your workouts are very efficient. You remind me of my baby brother who competed in the early 90s as a middle weight. Due to his conditioning and cuts he was able to take out larger bodybuilders including those over 200lb. His normal weight is 185, but competed at 156. Anyways best of luck.

Man I've been looking upto you as my idol. Don't know whether you remember or not but you even helped me through emails. Just a reminder brother that I've again mailed you about one of my queries. Please take a look at it. By the way just wondering what's your age?

Bro, I want to know how do you work with your macros. How many grams of Proteins, Carbs and Fats do you use per kgs. Do you think that use 1,6 to 2 grms of Protein per Kg is good? Also 3-5 grms of Carbs and 1 grm of Fat per Kg is good? *I usually use Kg instead of Lbs.

The amount of protein one gets past 0.82 grams/lb is effectively just turned to carbohydrates in your body. Look up Menno Henselmans research on protein and nitrogen balance in lifters.

I think you do the movements to fast. In my opinion it is all about contraction.
