Why should you !!!! actually serious mass is whey protein with a lot of sugars (crap). I recommend you take whey protein only and depend on your food concerning the carbohydrates (and of course fats and proteins).

Those pull-downs are pretty cheaty when it comes to lats your arms are just supposed to be "hooks" majority of peoples lats won't grow unless they know how to engage them.

Vishal Kumar Singh I have some excellent channels a beginner like you should start watching! Check out Athlean-X, Jeff Nippard and Jeremy Ethier. They all are excellent at informing people on the science and best ways to work out the body. They all tremendously helped me at the beginning of my workout journey and they all have a bunch of knowledge that you can easily get from their videos. I highly recommend checking out all three of them.
