This is the Backcountry Bonanza Kickoff: Can you find the Prize?
We've hidden small tokens in the backcountry of BC for you to find. When you find it, take a picture of yourself with the token and the secret message, post it to instagram and tag @gridlessness and #backcountrybonanza to redeem the prize. If you can't get out there you can still play; just follow the clues and post a map picture with a pin where you think the prize is, The closest few guesses will win a Gridlessness prize pack.

What are the chances the sun will bleach out the paint on the leather strip attached to the tree. The paint on the fry pan is fine because it's hidden in the tree. The fishing lure is good, but will also fade in the sun. Great idea for the video and to get tourist to your area, or just locals to get involved. Your family is awesome. They are all so skilled in survival and I never hear any of them complain. Great job at parenting!
