Great advice, I had an emergency operation about 13 years ago and nobody even mentioned any types of exercises before or after. If I knew back then all the tips I've learnt from your channel over the last few years I wouldn't have as much trouble that I now have. Had a Hemilaminectomy and discecomy of the part that burst out. It was a "very large disc that cause objectively complete spinal canal obliteration". Before discovering that via a much hard won mri they kept sending me home like that telling me to walk about as much as possible. Was in agony for over a year in total. So happy to have found your channel

I’m in a similar situation!! I really feel your pain, literally. Lamenectomy at the age of 21 and no one told me about anything I had to afterwards !! Trying to avoid surgury #2, 30 years later!
