Cool video! Fellow spring lovers and we liked the video! I’ve never seen the red carnivorous plant you showed, I will be keeping my eye out now! Thanks for uploading.

Cool video brother. Lot of work went into making it. That spring is not far from my house. I can certainly appreciate the discretion. Well done 👍🏻

Thank you so much! That's a beautiful part of the state for sure - I hope it stays that way forever

1# rule is survival. If you aren't planning to stay the night remote, you aren't planning for an event that would FORCE YOU TO DO SO! Also, you could have found your our ballast in the form of rocks.

@@ericsbraun Certainly can’t hurt to be ready for anything! For better or worse, Florida doesn’t have a lot of rocks

Very nice video. I have been wanting to go there, but I haven’t made the time to do so. I found going by kayak is a lot more enjoyable for me even if it takes longer. Keep up the good work.

Thank you! I definitely prefer traveling by boat when I can. I do think this particular spring is tough to get to by kayak - not saying it's impossible though, just lots of downed limbs in the run.

Do you know what spring this is? I might visit someday
@josephrickettsphoto25 күн бұрын
As a general rule I don't give out locations to these areas unless they have adequate infrastructure to support sudden influx of visitors. This is to ensure that my videos/photos don't have a detrimental effect on theses sensitive ecosystems. I do recommend checking out floridapringsinstitute.org - they have a map of springs around the state of FL as well as tips for minimizing your impact when visiting. Thanks for understanding and I hope you get to visit one of the springs in FL! If you've never been, Silver Springs state park is a great place to start!

Where is location? Me and viewers are lost.

It’s in Florida. I don’t give out specific details as the spring is ecologically sensitive and doesn’t have the infrastructure to handle large numbers of visitors. The Florida Springs Institute has lots of info on their website if you are looking for springs to visit. Thanks for understanding 🤙🏼

@@josephrickettsphoto Good for you bro! Wish more people were like this as social media has absolutely destroyed the springs. Far worse than nitrogen and it's not even close.
