The food in his fridge is safe to eat and he’ll restock the fridge with other safe foods once you eat it all. Also, his house has working electronics. Kitty is just a chill dude and you could basically become best friends with him. The only way you would really be able to be hurt would be if you tried to escape the level without giving him a cute item. The whole heart attack thing isn’t really true from what I’ve heard. He just leaves you alone to do whatever.

Its quite interesting and wholesome knowing a creepy ghost like creature can have kindness in they're heart and soul. Even level 0's entity, The Bacteria, wants you to escape. And the when bacteria touches the protagonist in the first level, he no-clips back into the normal world. He doesn't want you to move, just so he can help you out if the backrooms. When I was a child I'd often see a shadow that's a lot like kitty. At first I thought it's my imagination but he would appear almost everywhere even during daytime. I thought I was going crazy but when my family commented of seeing the same thing around the house lately I was suddened. My closest encounter was one night when I was 12, I was trying to fall asleep for an hour without success, I felt strange, even though I was tired I couldn't sleep. So I turned around at some point, and an entity that looks like kitty was standing above the bed staring down at me. Needless to say I almost let out a scream but I was so shocked I only let out a gasp. He immediately disappeared when he realized I saw him.

Once I wrote a story about an unknown level. I recently upgraded it to fit the backrooms theme a lot more The one writing the story was against M.E.G so there is limited information on it-- the diary's appearance seems new with a nice and calming appearance of a pink camera with a hello kitty logo on the bottom front of it. Flip to the first page and you will see a disturbing picture of several entities; Kitty, Skinstealer, A mutated partygoer that has a human mouth and a giant claw. When you start reading, it will present a glitched out photo of level 974. In the journal it will say that the writer- depending on information is seemingly female named wishes starts talking about how she has been in the backrooms for two years but due to her pink birthday badge, she was brought to level 974. She saw a new camera in the level. She thought it was a gift from another survivor but nobody would bring hello kitty stuff. She took a picture with the camera and it displayed that same photo. As the days went by, things in the photos taken never actually existed. In one of the rooms, in the picture, it was kitty eating a dead body. Every picture she took was slowly breaking her and kitty. Kitty got more hostile and eventually, no survivors appeared. Kitty had crimson dots in where his usual eyes were, he was hunting her. She hid under the bed and fell asleep. She woke up in level 11 and saw a skinstealer in front of her. It seemingly was nice enough. She asked its name, it did not talk but it shrugged. The strange creature got its name from the girl. She named it Skinny. One day on a supply run, Skinny found a shotgun. She thinks a dead wanderer must of dropped it. She stole a few doses of supplies. One of them has the hollowed out face of a partypooper. They went extinct years ago. She called them "Rain", "Sam" and "Void" they all helped her. She used her shotgun to fight entity's- she would hit them over the head with it. She buried all her supplies in level 11 and ran off. She found somebody at a bridge, holding a dog. They became friends but than she saw her friend, Rain. They suddenly shapeshifted into the kitty with crimson eyes. Wishes jumped back and knocked her new friend and his dog away. He no-clipped into another level. So did she but she fired her shotgun while no-clipping, causing the entity to fall down and black goo fell out. She walked through an unknown level with Skinny, he was her best friend forever but a voice was telling her to kill him. Eventually she passed out. She woke up to see Skinny with multiple stab wounds in him. She ran over to his side, not noticing the knife in her hand with black ooz dripping down from it. She realized that she was not no-clipping with skinny but with the entity that had been hunting her all this time. She ran to go find skinny, the voice in her head directed her to a door and walked into level 0. She saw a survivor fighting off a skinstealer. That was skinny, she shot the air, attracting the bacteria and she ran, tripped the survivor and heard his screams. He was no longer a survivor. He was dead. Wishes tripped and passed out once again. She saw her hand, it had transformed into a claw. Her vision was slowly being blocked and she thought it was the end for her. That was halfway through the book. The other pages were blank. The title of the book was "My birthday party" and the creepy smile, "=)" at the end. It was found on level fun. The odd thing is, somebody found the same entity drawn on the first page. It was next to a dead body on level fun, crying. They hid under the table when the saw it but it still saw the person and asked to be friends before partygoers ran in the room, scaring the entity away. That entity is wishes, a smart girl who sadly couldn't survive a partygoer transformation. The book saved many lives as it helped survivors locate her supplies and set up a base called "Wishes" in honor of the sacrifice she made. It is ran by a male with a hollowed out partypooper head being used as mask named Rain. On level 0, somebody claimed to see a girl walking around with a skinstealer, a black shadow and wishes years after her death. They were known for lying but seemed serious about this. It states many times in the book that she hates survivors and wants them all to burn.

skin stealers are also found in level !, as of most hostile entities are. level ! is INFESTED with hundreds of entities, and is definitely inhabitable and you will die if you stay still for too long. it is a hospital like level with different things blocking your way like hospital beds and shelves whilst a blaring siren is in your ear and the whole level is bright red from lights.

If I ever go to Backrooms And a genie appeared and the genie says "You have 1 wish. But escaping the backrooms is not a wish" I would say "Take me to Level 974" Then I walk to the hall ways untill got a heart attack then healed by kitty then saying to the internet "I'm fine!" Untill I realized I could have say to the genie "I want me to befriend every entity in the backrooms so I would not be killed lol. But at least there is food and water and a "friend" in level 974. Anyways If I would be in level 974 I will just make kitty sit, and we eat popcorn while watching youtube, lol, I cant get used to it tho, since I have phasmaphobia, but I might get used to kitty making me have a heart attack.

Currently writing this from level 974. The wifi is cutting out a lot, there are currently many people here. Kitty is very kind to me. I do not want to punch the walls in fear of upsetting him. The fridge, no matter how much I take from it, restocks itself every time I close and open the door. I have been staying here for some time, but I am unsure for how long. Kitty seems stressed trying to accommodate everyone. I have not yet gotten to eat, as the other survivors take the food from me. I don’t mind. The color pink is starting to be all I can see. I now believe I am pink. The survivors continue to come and go, but I am determined to journal everything here in case I am unable to come back. End communication

when i was around 4, i started having dreams about something that looked like kitty, but was a more light gray shade. he was not like kitty, as he would try to find where i was. those dreams continued into my teenage years, and got less and less frequent as time went on. every time i see kitty, i am reminded of the dream that haunted my childhood. and i am strangely comforted. i do not know what caused these dreams, or why a 4 year old’s mind would think these things, even in unconsciousness

My friend no-clipped into level 974. She disappeared for one month before returning. We could still text and chat while she was on the level (via the wifi). This happened about a year ago, and we're still fazed by it. She told me she was on her way to Disneyland when she no-clipped on a ride, though she couldn't remember which one. She said it could've been the teacups ride or Matterhorn. When she woke up in kitty's room (lvl 974), she saw kitty staring at her and crazily teleporting throughout the house. My friend was scared. She had heard about the backrooms, but never heard of this level. She thought kitty was a dangerous entity, but she quickly learned that kitty was just a friend. She stayed in the house for a while, about three weeks. She wasn't too afraid of kitty; of course it jumpscared her sometimes, but kitty seemed to feel sorry every time it spooked her. She ended up giving kitty a collectible called "tokidoki." It was from the Sanrio collab, the my melody one to be exact (If you're curious about what it looks like, search up tokidoki Sanrio blind box. My friend and I would collect them all the time). She didn't want to leave kitty since no other wanderers were there and she thought kitty would be lonely, so the gift was more of a parting gift. She fell asleep and woke up back in reality. My friend's journey in the backrooms was short but memorable to her. She took lots of pictures and still fondly remembers her experience to this day. I just wanted to share my friend's story with you since this video was explaining the level. I hope you enjoyed listening
