I have a Honda Odyssey, I saw some other video in which they just took the power from the reverse light and brought it to the front to power the mirror monitor. This way they avoided having to remove the dashboard and all that front part. Would this be an acceptable way to do this too? Or would it not work?

Also, I heard that on some cars, with side curtain airbags is not recommended to bring the wires to the front through the top rail as it could mess with the airbags, they were bringing it forward thru the bottom. Is this true? your proposed method is so much easier :) (I have and 09 odyssey)

If your intent was to show this to regular folks who are just learning how to install things into their car that they’ve never removed any pieces apart, then you need to SLOW THE FCUK DOWN! This is a video for people who already have some idea/experience on how to work around a car’s body and the wiring. This is NOT for first timers with no real experience working on a car’s body and wiring.

RVS-776718-BB G- series backup camera this video did not show detail wiring and where every wire goes, and wurst of all the music that blows your mind, it would be a lot better to talk about wiring rather than that nasty music. Show some detail and do not race slow down.
