The forest fire are natures way of regenerating itself. Lighting strikes commonly cause fires. But fresh growth of plants trees .Lots of food for goats ,deer. And lots of goats and deer for the bears , mountain lions ,coyote and wolves.. Great movie. Most enjoyable to watch.

A kilo of couscous, home or ready-made from the shops. big onion tablespoon ground red pepper Half a teaspoon of black pepper. spoon salt 2 tablespoons tomato sauce Half a kilo of meat, cut into four pieces, a large fish (couscous with whale) A spoonful of cumin, any fish spice (couscous with whale) 5 garlic cloves, minced Green pepper pods cup oil Optional soaked chickpeas. Water as needed. French fries, for garnish (optional) 3 medium red squash (to taste)

Couscous the Algerian way 1 In a saucepan, put the oil, chicken, vegetables and spices, except for couscous and zucchini 2 Fry the mixture over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, without adding water 3 After the ingredients are well mixed with the chicken, add the appropriate amount of water 4 Cover the pot and leave to ripen, after the chicken is done, add the zucchini grains and leave to continue maturation 5 Taste the broth to check the broth's taste and flavour 6 Wash the couscous with cold water and drain 7 Put it in a large bowl and separate its grains, then put it in its own pot (couscous), which is placed over the vegetable pot, to cook over the steam. 8 After 5 to 10 minutes have passed and steam begins to rise, remove it from the pot and empty it into a large bowl 9 Disintegrate its grains by hand and between fingers while spraying it with water 10 Add a little oil (about 2 tablespoons and mix it with the couscous) 11 Cover with a clean cloth and leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes 12 We put it in the couscous to mature on the steam, after it is cooked, we return it to the large bowl and divide the couscous by hand or with a wooden spoon 13 Sprinkle it with water, add salt and leave it again to rest 14 Then he returns to the pot and repeats this process three times, and the third time we paint it with ghee or butter 15th Place on a serving plate, garnish with chicken and vegetables, and drizzle with broth
