The best way to have that young coconut is to also grate or spoon out the soft pulp and mix it with the coconut water then add some condensed milk and ice... you got a cool coconut drink.

Rain, rain, rain...ugh...just planted a guava, hoping we don't have one of 'those' winters...it's heartbreaking to have that many fruits decimated by squirrels and other critters, my banana rings are getting HUGE, they are the best privacy fences, no flowers yet, but I'm hopeful...little Raymond is so stinkin cute, love that berry smudged face and shoes strewn around...have a great weekend kids...!
