Oh I just love it!!! It looks like a perfectly placed brick rug in the middle of the back yard. And I am eager to see how the rest of the area transforms into a beautiful back yard oasis! Your master craftsmen deserve a party in their honor once it’s all done - they’ve endured extreme heat, large trucks full of plants, cameras at every turn & I’m sure any number of visitors touring where they were trying to work!!! Linda, you should consider tumbling toms tomatoes. They are great size for window boxes and just produce like crazy. We purchase them in hanging pots and they do very well in hanging pots because of their size. It’s end of July and they are still producing and have so many blooms for more.

My dear husband built us a oval outdoor dining area and fire pit. It’s a great space for us or for when we have our adult kiddos come home. You will enjoy this so much.

Wow! I’ve been watching your garden journey for awhile now - and I so love your patio! I didn’t know you had a video on the progress but I figured you probably did, so I did a search and - yup, you did one!. I love it! I’d love to do something similar in one of my side yards. I have a lot of bricks left over from another project and there are lots of people on Facebook Marketplace selling or giving away bricks and pavers - so that part I can do pretty easily. Getting great masons like you hired - that’s a lot trickier. I’ve dug out, leveled and created a patio before with just my own hands and my 2 girls helped too. I was a lot younger then - I’m 72 now and I don’t think I’d survive doing it again! But…you inspire me so much that I’d love to create even 1/2 of what you did in this space! Love the patio! And I love the idea of the outdoor Christmas tree! I went to a Christmas open house years ago, and a homeowner had a outdoor live tree in a weathered old urn, with lights and grapevine as garland. She had dried hydrangeas and holly stem/picks throughout the tree (some of the picks were faux but looked real). She had small flower pots, some antique watering cans, pine cones and raffia throughout the tree. There were some birds nest and a big twig star on top. It was exquisite! I have never forgotten it because it was so striking. I know with your talented eye for design , you will create something magical! Oh and almost forgot, she had some magnolia leaves tucked in too! I’m in Georgia 8a , it was the 1st weekend in December and it was mild and a lovely day. We had a fun day🎄

Patio is like one big mosaic project. Beautiful ! Getting ready to put in a tiny patio area and going to use round stepping stones and bricks to make a look of a flower. Round step stone in the middle with bricks around it as the petals on a flower..hope that makes sense to you 😊 Have a wonderful week ❤

Oh my goodness, how fantastic does this look! I absolutely love the curved steps, and the patio carpet looks incredible! You must feel so happy to have had the idea and then the craftsmen to put it into life. Every video just gets better. P.s. it's also nice to see that the sky also comes in a blue option. We only seem to have grey! The whole of July and into August has been cold, grey and wet here in the UK. I'm still wearing my winter/ spring clothing 😂.
