That looks great, Rik. Next up to try is your malt loaf then I'll be trying this. I followed your video on the Lemon Drizzle cake, did everything as you did and it's come out fantastic. Family are off home with it today. I have to watch fat intake and it's a rich cake so I could only have a wee sliver tho the temptation was great - it's absolutely delicious. This Welsh Bara Brith looks perfect for me so I'll be getting tore into that very soon. The wee Hysapientia is great, isn't it? Take care. 😃

I made your Mixed Spice blend. It is really good and a bit different to the BBC blend, which contains Mace that I have prepared in the past. Thanks for sharing.
